“Para quem quer descanso é péssimo. Música alta demais no fim de semana. Achamos uma falta de respeito, mesmo reclamando continuaram com o barulho até 3 horas da manhã.Não nos hospedaremos mais nesse hotel.”

“Mi hijo fue invitado al restaurante para que le vendieran un paquete vacacional el iba con su novia y la bebe de ella yo los acompañe. Por lo cual nos dijeron que mi desayuno lo tenia que pagar y nos harían el 10%de descuento lo cual era justo pues yo no había sido invitada, pero acomo no compramos su paquete de manera molesta nos dijeron que aparte de pagar mi desayuno teníamos que dejar 200 pesos de propina lo cual se me hizo un abuso.A mi me pareció un abuso y falta de profesionalismo así que si te invitan y nos les compras prepara tus 200 pesos por que según la señorita era forzoso dejar esa cantidad. No es la cantidad si no la falta de de madurez cuando ofrecen un productoel cliente no tiene obligación de comprar. Mala experiencia”
