“Las habitaciones y la fachada principal son excelentes pero creo que deberían de renovar un poco el interior ya que los pasillos son algo oscuros aún teniendo luz, asimismo renovar los elevadores actuales ya que da una sensación de hotel viejo, en cuánto al check in, se me hizo algo absurdo que nos pidieran forzosamente la reservación impresa en papel con la excusa de que sino no podían continuar con el check in ya que nos hemos quedado en Ixtapa y Cancún de la misma cadena de Emporio y nunca nos habían pedido que mostraremos la reservación impresa.”

“The rooms are disappointing, smallish. the carpets look and feel old. The breakfast is good though. By being in Reforma one has plenty of options nearby. I’m not quite sure that I will stay there again. Beware of the area too, especially at night.”
