“A lot of better options nearby. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and loved it. This time it felt like a motel. Anything that has to do with the front desk takes forever. Food is pretty poor compared to the price, better off walking nearby to eat. Elevator felt unsafe. When requesting additional toiletries only one will be brought up. Near revolution monument but pretty far from other attractions.”

“Las habitaciones y la fachada principal son excelentes pero creo que deberían de renovar un poco el interior ya que los pasillos son algo oscuros aún teniendo luz, asimismo renovar los elevadores actuales ya que da una sensación de hotel viejo, en cuánto al check in, se me hizo algo absurdo que nos pidieran forzosamente la reservación impresa en papel con la excusa de que sino no podían continuar con el check in ya que nos hemos quedado en Ixtapa y Cancún de la misma cadena de Emporio y nunca nos habían pedido que mostraremos la reservación impresa.”
