“Edit the maid stole my ring, when I asked her about it the next day after cleaning the room her answer was that she will look for the ring, I thought she would bring the ring back but she instead left a peso coin on the night table where my ring was, she hided from me until I left the hotel, I contacted Ivan at the security office he promised me that he was going to look into the situation which he did not, neither answered my calls after that conversation.”

“Awful, stay at Fiesta Americana or Sheraton. We booked a 5 night stay based on the Google reviews. Which I highly believe are manipulated. Guess what? Terrible stay!! No room service, beg for coffee, gone all day to come back at 5 in need of a nap to a room that was never touched!! This, after we complained to the front desk about the lack of room service and attention to our complaints. Not even given a second roll of toilet paper. Save your money and time and don’t stay here! This coming from a well traveled American and his lovely Mexican national fiance. You’re welcome!!!😁😁😁😁”
