Power went out Friday during our stay. When we got back to the hotel and the power was out, we were told by the manager, Jackie, that they would not be willing to help us find new accommodations. She went as far as to lie about other hotels in the area being without power which was false. We spoke with several of the Marriott hotels she said weren't available to outage that did not lose power all day. Edna at the front desk was very kind and apologetic but Jackie said it was 'out of the kindness of her heart' that she was not going to charge my 7 month pregnant wife and I to cancel the rest of the reservation. Property was fine, no issues with room until it was without power but will never go back to this property. EDIT: Noted the reply from Marriott and want to emphasize that we had no issues with the fact that they lost power. That happens. The issue was that they did nothing to help us set up accommodations somewhere else and then lied to us about every Nashville Marriott being without power. Just adding because they didn’t address any of this in their reply

Hotel is clean, in a good location to what we came for and staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious, modern, comfy and perfect for our weekend get away. They also serve a pretty good breakfast with many options, which is hard to find nowadays. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I come back to visit.

Average experience. Didn't hate it, didn't wow me. The room was overall nice, and I enjoyed the amenities. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The little 24/7 market came in handy numerous times. Good layout, loved the big TV. The location is good and gives you access to a lot of local food and things to do, within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast is to be avoided; nothing fresh, and it made me sick for a few hours. The bathroom had clearly taken some damage, with a cracked/loose tile, a big blank spot on the shower wall with visible grout still peeling off, and a warped and deformed panel on the sink. It's as if someone went nuts and the hotel only partially repaired it. Indoor pool WAS NOT heated, and was in fact chilly--false advertising!

Nice room. Clean overall appearance upon entry. Staff super friendly. Nice breakfast, but if you have a tray full of biscuits, maybe some gravy? Coffee really was undrinkable. The room coffee was slightly better. Good value overall.

We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly, the hotel clean, the room clean, the breakfast was delicious and FREE and the dining area was very well kept. Even the shampoo and conditioner was great. Honestly, I have not had such a wonderful hotel stay in a very long time. These folks are doing it right and deserve a big pat on the back and a raise for a job well done!

We love Marriott. When we checked into our room there were dirty dishes in the sink. We got another room in about 20 minutes. Room was ok. The cold air return vents had something blown dirty all around them and then the carpet was split and starting to pull up. When we went to check out there were other people there waiting but no one at the front desk. I wouldn’t stay here again for the steep price.

As always an amazing experience everybody's so professional and friendly the hospitality here is off the charts I live in Nashville but I love to stay here for a nice little staycation whenever I decide to get out of my house

Friendly Staff, Nice hotel... clean, convenient, safe location, nice curb appeal. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was actually A+ for the "Box and Go" . Would definitely stay here again.

Checked in and left for dinner without going to room first. Upon returning the toilet had hair and clearly not cleaned, son took shower and water backed up and slowly drained, called front desk she said no one would be in until next morning to look at it, we have a early appointment to get to and can’t wait for maintenance to arrive, she transferred us to a room that I don’t know when the last time it was vacuumed, swept and mopped. I am very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel especially with everything going on with COVID and this hotel is in the dirty condition it is. Did not feel comfortable walking on the floor when it’s visibly dirt, big enough that why is it being missed. Toilet was also still nasty maybe a cleaning brush would be helpful. Only positive was check in, guy was great.

Stayed here for a night with the family, rooms are clean and the bed was nice. Just little too far from the city but overall this is a good place to spend the night
