“Pessoal ! o hotel no site parece lindo ! pessoas falando bem mas vamos lá hotel tem 2200 quartos ! tinha uma fila de 2 horas no checkin ! terrível funcionários da recepção mal informados e mentirosos . Hotel completamente lotado a piscina não tinha espaço para as pessoas . Meu quarto estava sujo e sem cortina . Resumo , NUNCA MAIS RESERVAREI NENHUM HOTEL DA UNIVERSAL.”

“Hotel was cool, i dig the 1950's-60's theme. Room smelled like a wet dog and was located a good walk from the front desk. The food offered in the hotel was flat out the worst I've ever experienced, and was exceedingly expensive ($25 for a personal pizza?!). Shuttle service to the park was excellent, as was the bartender in the lobby. The gym was the best I've ever seen in a hotel like this. The pool area closes at 10pm, meaning there isn't really a down time to go to the pool when its not packed and filled with children.”
