Segunda vez que hospedo no Hotel Cabanas Bay. Sem duvidas o hotel oferece muito conforto, limpeza e arrumação impecáveis. Possui diversas piscinas com salva vidas, estacionamento pago no valor de 17 dólares / dia. Possui academia de tirar o chapéu e boliche. Além disso possui diversos restaurantes temáticos a preços relativamente acessíveis e uma unidade do famoso café Starbucks. Possui translado para todos os parques da universal. A internet não funciona de tri dos apartamento, eu reclamei diversas vezes, porém não surgiu nenhum efeito. Fiquei 7 noites e em nenhum dia funcionou de frondo apartamento. Funciona somente no hall de entrada e áreas comuns. Não dei nota 5 devido a esse problema e também pelo valor abusivo cobrado pelo estacionamento.

Um grande hotel com facilidades para a individualidade. Sua piscina já é uma atração a parte. A fogueira para torrar mashmellon proporciona momentos relaxantes e típicos americanos. Tem transporte para os parques da Universal bastante convenientes. Mesmo quando há excesso de turistas o serviço funciona bem, pois prontamente põem à disposição ônibus extras. Há Starbucks e um restaurante enorme com muitas mesas disponíveis (Bayline). O shuttle para o aeroporto é a última recomendação do front desk. Ele recomendam Uber ou taxi.

My wife and I stayed here based-on the recommendation by our travel agent. To his credit, he had stayed there before with him own family. Right off the bat, I would NOT stay here if you're looking for a romantic getaway with your spouse. In hindsight, opting to pay a little more to stay at Sapphire Falls (literally across the street) would have been a much better choice. Cabana Bay is great place to stay with the kids in-tow, but not for a getaway for two.Before I list the reasons why, again, its a great place for a family BUT not couples. When we arrived we were assigned a room that seemed to be the furthest possible room from the lobby and no one to help with our bags. Once we made the LONG trek to our room and got everything situated we headed back to the main building for a nice romantic dinner... which did not exist. Cabana Bay has a cafeteria-style eatery. Need sleep? Not gonna happen. Our room was right next to Volcano Bay (the water park), which started playing their trial drum music at 7:00AM... on a weekend.Positives? Clean, spacious, and the lazy river is nice. Great for kids.

This resort is spectacular! We have stayed here a two times & I have to say out of all the universal resorts this has to be my families favorite! This resort is big with tons of space & offers amazing amenities with a big pools with water slide & kiddie area , bowling alley , cafe , bar , workout facilityand a nice arcade. What I love most about this resort is that you can literally walk to Volcanoes Bay water park . This hotel resort is so convenient & clean with up to date designs & rooms .

El hotel es muy bueno en relación a precio calidad, las habitaciones te entregan el descanso necesario, la comida es excelente y el personal es muy amable, la gran mayoría habla español y los beneficios de quedarte en el son geniales, a menos de 5 min, buses gratis, entrada temprana y despacho de compras gratis al hotel. Yo vuelvo si o si.

Solid hotel choice near parks, super friendly staff, good food and atmosphere. Disappointed that one pool was closed during our stay - we didn’t feel we were well notified in advance of our stay. We were then charged $50 to “upgrade” to a room near the open pool. Poor taste to nickel and dime for a room change for that reason. We feel we should have been permitted to switch rooms at no charge. Our sheets were well worn, pillows were all different shapes and sizes. Not terrible, but odd. Cheerios and bottle cap found on our hotel room floor, which puts into question their “deep clean” between guests. We also had to pay for tubes to use the lazy river - which we then had to pack up or leave behind. Who wants to take pool floats back home in their luggage?? They should have these free to use or for a small single use fee of a couple of dollars a tube.Overall a nice stay, but could be excellent with just a little more attention to detail. Transportation to parks was really easy and convenient. A microwave in the room’s kitchenette would be a great addition.

Cabana Bay is a great place to stay when visiting Universal! The price point and room size is great for larger families. Getting to and from the parks is easy; though you wouldn't even have to leave the resort! The resort offers many things to do if you just need a day to hang out. I ❤Cabana Bay!

Hotel was cool, i dig the 1950's-60's theme. Room smelled like a wet dog and was located a good walk from the front desk. The food offered in the hotel was flat out the worst I've ever experienced, and was exceedingly expensive ($25 for a personal pizza?!). Shuttle service to the park was excellent, as was the bartender in the lobby. The gym was the best I've ever seen in a hotel like this. The pool area closes at 10pm, meaning there isn't really a down time to go to the pool when its not packed and filled with children.

It was a cute mid century retro vibe. The staff was super great,the shuttle was easy and accessible, overall a great stay.My only issue was the music,they play kinda loud ambient music until pretty late,it definitely kept me awake.

Rooms were cute and clean. Beds very comfy. Food court better than average, even some snack options for gluten free and vegan. AC gets VERY cold if you want.We stayed in the Americana, couple weird things. Fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work though the front desk said it was "silent", we had to open the door to let steam vent. Water pressure was not great. Drain on the tub was broken, didn't bother with the front desk because it honestly didn't bother us much. TV doesn't allow Chromecast so I suggest you bring your own! The gate to get into parking was consistently broken and so was the one to get to the elevators.Housekeeping staff exceptionally friendly and sweet. Can't stress enough how great they were.Shuttle service to Universal was super convenient and well thought out.All in all nothing that was broken was life altering, and all the things we needed were awesome and the staff was awesome. Would stay again for sure, great budget option.

El hotel está ambientado en los 70s, 80s. Muy bonito, limpio y a nada de los parques de Universal. Tiene alberca y su propio starbucks en la recepción.

Hay algunas areas que no se veian muy limpias, quizas porque estaban en remodelacion, pero en general la estancia fue buena y el hotel tiene muy buenas areas de recreacion, que tambien podrian cerrar mas tarde

We booked the Poolside Family Suite Exterior Entry specifically to "Enjoy convenient outdoor access with an exterior entry to the pool courtyard area." Great liberties are taken with your description. Convenient access means I open my door and walk straight out to the pool. Not down the outside hall, down stairs or the dirty elevator and then over to the pool. POOL.... oh wait, it was only opened 1 day out of our stay! So if we wanted to use the Cabana Bay pools, we had to walk to the one on the other side of the complex. Definitely not enjoyable or convenient. Elevator was dirty, we watched a pile of something yellow dry over the course of our trip, never to be wiped up. Check in could be handled better. We were told we were not eligible for online check in because of how we booked. Considering this could help your lines and stream line your processes it should be available to more people. Consider it part of the hotel and resort fees we prepay before even arriving and spending more inside the hotel. I will be back to Universal but I will be exploring other hotels next time!

Lugar limpio y amplio el área del restaurante y áreas comunes. Los cuartos limpios y servicio al cliente bueno. Los edificios están numerados por números.Estos se utilizan para identificar el lugar del cuarto. Sin embargo, no están debidamente rotulados. Cada edificio tiene una rotulacion pero casi no se ve. El edificio debe tener más rotulacion. El desayuno bien variado y buen estacionamiento.

Pessoal ! o hotel no site parece lindo ! pessoas falando bem mas vamos lá hotel tem 2200 quartos ! tinha uma fila de 2 horas no checkin ! terrível funcionários da recepção mal informados e mentirosos . Hotel completamente lotado a piscina não tinha espaço para as pessoas . Meu quarto estava sujo e sem cortina . Resumo , NUNCA MAIS RESERVAREI NENHUM HOTEL DA UNIVERSAL.

You can tell this is one of the most popular hotels on the resort. The pools are great! Its huge with all the amenities to really call it a resort. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because 1) My key card deactivated or I had issues with the door three times 2) The lines in the lobby for assistance is usually nuts. 3) if you are there for check in early and your room isn't ready there is no area where you can just go to sit quietly or take a meeting. I would definitely go back though.

Very happy with our stay at Cabana Bay. Our family of 6 was comfortable in our room; although, we weren’t there often. We walked to the parks twice daily and were happy with the mile trek. Food is decent and there is a nice selection overall. Pools are packed but fairly well monitored. Nice public areas. All exchanges with the front desk are through text and they are quick to respond. If we return to Universal, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Cabana Bay. No Express passes, so that may encourage us to consider their other hotels.

My niece's (16 & 25) and I had a fantastic stay at Cabana Bay Beach Resort. The price was very reasonable and competitive with local Hilton properties that I usually enjoy. I chose to stay in a park resort due to competitive price and ease in transportation to the parks, particularly Volcano Bay which is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. The food was very good and we started our days with some great omelets made-to-order, breakfast meats and juice. (high protein for a high energy day!) There was not a long wait for our food and we were able to eat and catch the early bus to the Universal parks. The bowling alley and arcade are very fun and reasonably priced for evening entertainment. The pool area near our building was lovely and very clean. Our room faced the Volcano and was also very clean. The beds were super comfy which was welcoming after longs days on our feet. With three ladies and one bathroom, we found plenty of counter space for our "stuff". We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Rooms were super cute and extremely clean. All the common areas were extremely clean and well maintained and staffed. All staff was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again. Transportation to the parks was super easy. Next time I will book for more days so that we can do more things at the hotel also. We didn't have time to hang out by the lazy river and pool or eat dinner and bowl at the hotel because we spent so much time in the parks and only stayed 1 night
