“worst experience don't stay here, why understaffed 45 minutes to check in.no luggage cards took me four trips to get all my luggage out of the car, did not clean the room, no towels,, bed not made, don't forget to tell at the desk you want your room cleaned yes believe it or not you gotta tell him, absurd even though sign reminding when forming clients that they want the room cleaned. This is just an old trick to reduce the staffing requirements and make more profits. Confusing is this a Hilton or Hampton clarify for clients poor signage to find the hotel. No check-in help. I could go on but I've wasted enough time with their poor service, also overpriced for the service.”
