“De longe o pior hotel que já visitei. A equipe foi doce, mas eu não tinha água quente para tomar banho todo o fim de semana que visitei. Eu tive que descer para a recepção para obter toalhas limpas também. Não me senti nada confortável.”

“Faltavam algumas coisas que eu esperava da marca Hampton. Os waffles anunciados em seus outdoors não estão disponíveis, pois estavam sem massa, aparentemente por um tempo. A cafeteira no andar de baixo secou, depois foi reabastecida. A cafeteira do quarto não funcionava. Eu queria deixar um bilhete, mas não havia cadernos ou canetas na sala. Quando saímos, não nos perguntaram sobre a estadia. Caso contrário, o quarto era muito bom e o hotel estava em um local encantador.”
