Didn't stay here but had drinks in the bar, which were very good. The concierge helped us book a table for dinner that night at a great local bistro around the corner as the restaurant we wanted to go to was fully booked. He also helped book the restaurant we originally wanted to go to for the following night

Very good hotel, right in the heart of Paris, walking steps from Arc de Triomphe. Minutes from Avenue des Champs-Élysées. The room I stayed in 120, was beautiful. Hotel staff very courteous. I lost my phone in a taxi on the way from the hotel to Gare de Lyon. The hotel staff was immensely helpful in getting in touch with the cab company and I had my cell back within an hour.... I would stay in this hotel in my next trip to Paris.

Very convenient location. Exceptional shower and room, for Paris. Staff was very courteous. They upgraded our room to a suite which was a bonus for us. We lost our phone in cab at checkout and the hotel staff was kind to call the cab company, retrieve our phone and called us to inform. What a service. Definitely coming back again.

Room was on the small side but bathroom was ok. Soundproof from outside the room. But in between rooms we could hear the next room’s conversations and TV! Also loud drilling noise daily at 730am sharp during our stay in early Nov 2022 - hotel didnt inform us about this. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly and others were slightly indifferent.

Hotel Napoleon is an intimate property with stunning art deco. The hotel is immaculate. The hotel staff (in particular Laurent) made us feel right at home and was very responsive and accommodating. The hotel is located one block from the Metro for easy access to other parts of the city. We always felt safe. Great place to stay in Paris!
