“Room was on the small side but bathroom was ok. Soundproof from outside the room. But in between rooms we could hear the next room’s conversations and TV! Also loud drilling noise daily at 730am sharp during our stay in early Nov 2022 - hotel didnt inform us about this. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly and others were slightly indifferent.”

“Hotel Napoleon is an intimate property with stunning art deco. The hotel is immaculate. The hotel staff (in particular Laurent) made us feel right at home and was very responsive and accommodating. The hotel is located one block from the Metro for easy access to other parts of the city. We always felt safe. Great place to stay in Paris!”
