3 stars because once again, their jacuzzi is closed! They should reduce their resort fee or at least give free parking when property is not up to standards listed. Overall clean rooms, great location & can’t complain of a free breakfast buffet.

The only thing I can really complain about is lack of parking. The buffet (now that it's back open) is pretty good, the staff are super helpful and cool. The rooms are what you expect from a Holiday Inn and location is pretty good too. walking distance to A LOT of places.

It was good for the price. The rooms were a bit small for my liking but it was okay we were only there to sleep. Parking was kind of expensive $45 a day (keep in mind you are in the middle of waikiki). Accessible by walking to a lot of places. Service was good, free breakfast vouchers were given at check in for every day of your stay. Breakfast was served from 6:30-9:30am. We did not have a chance to check out the other amenities

I was able to get a small but very clean room at a very reasonable rate. The parking garage is primarily set up for compact cars, but it is very convenient. The location is an easy walk (less than half a mile) from Waikiki Beach past beautiful Fort DeRussy Beach Park. The breakfast buffet is great, and it saves money getting food in a tourist area. The room is cleaned daily. I assume much nicer rooms are available in this huge hotel at a higher price than I was budgeting for a quick solo business trip.

really nice hotel. a little ways off the main strip but made for less foot traffic and noise. nice bed, two styles of pillow, firm and soft. room had a microwave, refrigerator and single serving coffee machine. super friendly and helpful staff.

Amamos esse hotel. Os quartos eram limpos e arrumados na chegada. Os quartos são pequenos, mas parecem aconchegantes, afinal você está em Waikiki, quanto tempo você realmente passa em um quarto de hotel. Ficamos no 23º andar e tinha uma bela vista do oceano, da cidade e da ilha atrás de nós. A / C unidades mantinham o quarto agradável e fresco após um dia quente na praia e a equipe foi super simpática e acolhedora. O café da manhã para viagem foi agradável e fácil para as manhãs, não queríamos ir a um restaurante local. Eu definitivamente recomendo este hotel para os outros e eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy upon arrival. Rooms are small but feel cozy, after all you’re in Waikiki, how much time are you really spending in a hotel room. Stayed on the 23rd floor and had beautiful views of the ocean, city and island behind us. A/C units kept the room nice and cool after a hot day on the beach and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The grab and go breakfast was nice and easy for the mornings we didn’t wanna head out to a local eatery. I would def recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

I stayed for three nights in August 2021. My two queen room was clean when I first entered and offered a really nice view of the ocean and Diamond Head. (Tip: Book a full ocean view room and request a high floor to treat yourself to that view!) The only downside was that my room was quite tiny for four people. Moving on, the staff were really kind and friendly. On my first night, the fire alarm rang while I was sleeping. While I had to go 39 stories down using the stairs, I’m not even mad at them because the staff were very apologetic about it. (It turned out to be a false alarm.) Also, I arrived at the hotel, where the check in time is 3 pm, at 11 am. The front desk staff let me check in early for no extra charge! For the complementary breakfast situation, during COVID, they’re doing to-go bags with breakfast options of your choice, which you can bring up to your room or anywhere else to eat. In addition, this hotel is walking distance away from bus stops served by buses that take you to many points of interest. Even though the pool was closed when I stayed there, my travel companions and I had fun using the other amenities on the recreation floor. All in all, I recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget in Waikiki and you’re able to work with a small space.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice and very helpful and gave me some great options for restaurants to eat at. Two things I was not happy with was size of room seriously so small for our family of 4 however price was amazing and beds were comfy also the pool was still closed but you’re still charged a resort fee didn’t like that. The pros outweighed the cons but would probably stay at a different hotel if we went on another family trip together due to the size of the room.

The employees here were AWESOME!!! They were all so helpful and down to earth. I will definitely stay again. Pool was closed for renovation and its a bit of a walk to many attractions but all in all as well worth it. I'd say that the staff made the stay good

No me gustó nada..falta service de ascensores.una hora encerrada en el ascensor..Las camas adicionales en lo quellaman suites se sienten los resortes del colchon..es engañosa la suites..dice ser más grande pero la cama no está en condiciones..No volveríani recomiendo este hotel.

La ubicación es buenisima, a 10 minutos de Waikiki caminando y tampoco está muy lejos del aeropuerto ni de empresas de alquiler de coches. El desayuno correcto para lo que es USA y sus cafés aguados, el personal súper atento y la habitación un poco pequeña pero limpia y con una cama cómoda. La única pega es que el aparato de aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido y da directamente a la cama con lo que es un poco incómodo, nosotros lo apagamos y tampoco hacía un calor excesivo.Para estar en una planta 16 se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle porque es una zona de bastante tráfico pero si lo que queréis es estar cerca, recomendado por precio y zona.

El hotel cumple perfectamente su función, en nuestro caso era ir a dormir y poco más. la habitación quiza es un poco pequeña, pero en general el hotel está muy bien, es cómodo, está limpio y está en Waikiki. el precio es razonable para la zona que está y el desayuno está incluido. Está bien comunicado con buses cercanos para desplazarse a Hanauma Bay, North Shore..etc
