“My sink was clogged when I tried to wash my face. Then water started coming up the drain and ran all over the bathroom floor. It was horrible. I called down to the front desk three times.. Front desk hung up on me and was rude Took 45 minutes to fix no apology. My request to speak to a manager was not honored. It was horrible I was tired all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed and I couldn’t do it. I feel like I would’ve gotten better service at Motel six. When I checked out and let them know my dissatisfaction I was simply offered Hilton honors points. The way I was treated It is unlikely I will stay at a Hilton again. So disappointed I don’t know what happened to the company.”

“I really wanted to love this hotel, but so many things went wrong. When I arrived, the room was not clean, carpets were clearly dirty, and toilet wasn't even attached to wall. the air vents were absolutely black from not being cleaned and overall the room just didn't have a great smell. I was there for an event, I ordered food after working all day, and was told the delivery driver would not be able to bring the food upstairs. Since I had only packed dressy clothes (including high heels), I asked if the front desk or anyone could bring it up and I would gladly pay them. Their response, "Come down barefoot". I just expected more from such a nice hotel chain and was pretty disappointed. Can't say I'll be returning.”
