“It is a very nice and clean hotel with really lovely employees who were so helpful and kind. I saw an entitled guest giving an employee a hard time and this employee handled himself so professionally, I was so impressed. I wanted to go tell this guest that they were being unreasonable and I wanted to say a few other things but I kept my mouth shut and was very impressed with this young man, he deserves a promotion for sure.”

“My sink was clogged when I tried to wash my face. Then water started coming up the drain and ran all over the bathroom floor. It was horrible. I called down to the front desk three times.. Front desk hung up on me and was rude Took 45 minutes to fix no apology. My request to speak to a manager was not honored. It was horrible I was tired all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed and I couldn’t do it. I feel like I would’ve gotten better service at Motel six. When I checked out and let them know my dissatisfaction I was simply offered Hilton honors points. The way I was treated It is unlikely I will stay at a Hilton again. So disappointed I don’t know what happened to the company.”
