Este elegante hotel está situado al lado del aeropuerto de O'Hare. En unos minutos andando puede llegar a las diferentes terminales del aeropuerto y a la estación en dirección a Chicago. A unos 6 km hay numerosas tiendas y comercios, así como bares y restaurantes. A unos 2 km podrá encontrar también una parada de transporte público. Este hotel, restaurado en el año 2005, tiene 10 plantas en las que se reparten un total de 858 habitaciones. En el hall de entrada climatizado hay ascensores y una recepción abierta las 24 horas del día, con guardarropa y servicio de caja fuerte y de cambio de divisa. Entre otras instalaciones, cuenta con una cafetería, dos bares y dos restaurantes climatizados. Los que viajen por motivos de negocio o de trabajo tienen a su disposición una sala de conferencias. En el edificio hay una tienda de delicatessen, un quiosco, varias tiendas, una peluquería y conexión a Internet. Para completar todas las prestaciones e instalaciones ofrecidas, hay servicio de habitaciones y de lavandería. Puede aparcar su vehículo en el aparcamiento del propio hotel (de pago). Las habitaciones, decoradas con mucho gusto, están dotadas de un cuarto de baño con secador de pelo. “Very very convenient to walk out of the airport and into the hotel. Especially when traveling and having to lay over the night. Room was great.”

“Missed a company scheduled flight so I had to stay the night of 3/24, to catch an early flight.
I could not sleep the entire night. The climate control in the rooms switch between heat and air automatically, sometimes you’ll get cool -air most of the time it’s blowing out warm air.
The beds aren’t that comfortable. You can’t use any covers considering there isn’t any real AC in the rooms (another comment mentioned poor climate control). Out of the two short hours of actual sleep I got I woke up drenched in sweat.
The restaurant is terrible, the food is unbelievably expensive and it tastes odd. Ordered two meals and weren’t too happy with either one.
The hotel is huge. You’d think due to the size of the hotel they’d offer more amenities, nope just a room and a restaurant. It costs to use facility fitness area.
All things considered for the price ($250) I’d explore my options before staying here. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location if you’re flying out the next morning.”
