“I booked a room here, as I had an early flight scheduled for the following day. You could argue that it is pricey, but an extra day of car rental, would exceed the extra cost incurred with a stay here. I turned in the rental and took the airport train to terminal 3, where it was an easy walk to the hotel. I had both dinner and breakfast at the hotels restaurant, and while pricey, they were both good. While the room was dated, it was comfortable and very clean. The staff were all professional and very friendly. Catching my flight the next day was stress free. I hate having to fight traffic in the morning to return the rental car and rushing to get to the gate. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“The only thing that deserves 4 stars here are the prices. I've stayed in many 3 star hotels that are better in every way. The staff is disinterested at best, borderline rude. At least those we encountered. The entire building is extremely outdated, it seems like nothing was updated since at least the 80s. Our room smelled and looked more like an old cheap motel room. The sheets and bathroom cleanliness was okay, like in any decent 3 star hotel. The room AC is terrible. There is no free drinking water, the tap water tastes like it was taken from a public pool, which is typical for Chicago. A 4 star hotel should at least offer free bottled water or filtered drinking fountains to refill bottles. All food and drink options are extremely overpriced and low quality (we did not try the bar though). What generally separates 4 from 3 star hotels is some attention to details, as well as consistently attentive and extra friendly staff. This hotel showed none of those during our short (about 12 hours) overnight stay. The only good thing about this airport hotel is the convenient location.”
