“La persona que atiende en el bar es tremendamente desatento, llegamos al bar y el.encargado hablando por celular y ni viéndonos se digno atendernos a tiempo, el día anterior fuimos y se iba por lo cual no podías pedir tu trato cuando querías tomártelo, sino cuando al señor le diera la gana. El resto no tengo queja, pero es inaudito que algo como eso suceda en un plan todo incluido. Hubiese ido a otro lugar”

“todo previsto para que lo pases genial, con todo incluido. Felicitar al grupo artístico que realiza en la noche presentaciones y shows compartidos con el otro hotel de la cadena El Dorado. Quiero destacar a uno de los Maitres del Hotel, uno rubio, que tiene personalidad como para exigir tapabocas al público en el Restaurant Buffet. Felicitar a Gisselle y a Omaiza de su personal, quienes te atienden de maravilla. Ojalá no reciban excursiones de niños. Todo muy confortable! Cero Queja, Recomendable en la Isla de principio a fin y estuvimos 9 días alojados allí.”
