“Horrible hotel and service. They are part of a chain and wouldn’t allow other guests to dine. Paying customers who were told by the sister hotel that all clients are allowed to dine within the chains. Bathrooms are filthy. Bellhop clothing was dirty. No masks on. Everyone on their phones. What a disgrace and disservice to many.”
