People expect more from a well known world wide Hotel. The bathroom vent dirty, dust on top of the mirror and light fixtures. Bathroom light rusted, desk scratched up. Overall excellent location in international drive, should make some improvement as the hotel rooms are not cheap. Over 120 dollar a night and up, when some near by come at half that price. But overall nice place to stay

Very outdated room. Heavy moldy odor .Made my head hurt .Only outdoor access to your room. Carpet made my feet black. It is so dirty that it needs to be replaced .AC unit had a pretty good size crack and warm air was coming in to our room through the crack . But staff was excellent all around . Very nice and welcoming . Bathrooms were clean .Beds were comfortable .Breakfast also was very good .There was a very nice variety of food.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. My husband is trying to get a refund but no one will help us. Room definitely hasn’t been cleaned as it should, there’s mold, stuff in the toilet….Save your cash and go elsewhere. Also, I’m pretty sure that’s a blood stain in the carpet in one of the last pictures…

!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !! Fraudulent, rude, and extremely unhelpful in trying to get this situation settled. I have been charged multiple times by this hotel and they take no responsibility for it. Have been back and forth with my bank and Best Western customer service for almost a month and they all corroborate my information of being charged multiple times incorrectly. Somehow this hotel has no record of anything. Essentially they overbooked my room and moved me to another room, but charged me to extend my stay in the new room and marked me as no-show for the original yet still charged me for it. The hotel somehow has no record of me being charged 3 times for a 2 night stay, no record of my original reservation, and no record of an extra charge after they were supposed to REFUND me. Woman at the front desk called me crazy over the phone because I told her I had 2 reservations - the original and the one they made - and she only saw 1. Best Western customer service confirmed there were 2 separate reservations on my account. My bank has confirmed the charges on my account as well, so they are definitely not made up. Yet somehow this hotel only sees what they want to see. The rooms weren't even all that great either for what I paid; the carpet had stains, the shower was dirty, and the outside of the building looked dilapidated and old. Exposed wire in the wall outlets, dirty lamps, stained bedsheets. Absolutely does not match the images on the website. If I am charged again by this hotel I will be taking legal action. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, and have not even reached out to me to apologize for the issues I have had with everything. I've had to reach out to customer service myself to find out what is going on because no one has called or emailed me in the entire month I've been dealing with this. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that are infinitely better than this place. They are rude, unhelpful, and fraudulent and have no business running a hotel. I'll be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place if ever travelling to Orlando. EDIT: As a counter to the hotel's reply who still refuses to accept responsibility for their mistake, I did NOT book through any third-party such as Booking or Expedia. I booked my reservations DIRECTLY on the phone with Best Western customer service, so this was an error on THIS hotel's part. Not on mine, not on customer service, not anyone else.

I would like to say the employees at the this Best Western was great. They have to really renovate their hotel and rooms because there was beg bugs amongst other insect. The housekeepers have to do a better job with cleaning the rooms and make sure the sheets are new everyday because I’ve noticed we slept in the same sheets every night. They must keep these rooms tidy and well kept. I didn’t know if I was in jail or Best Western. It’s a freaknit hotel. Last but not least we kept getting sick due to the mold and mildew in every room on top of everything we switched rooms and when you get in the room you smell a foul odor and your eyes start burning and you can’t breathe and the refrigerator and microwave don’t work. The best thing about this place it’s a convenient for all fun zones
