DAY 01 – DEPARTURE CITY – ISTANBUL
Welcome to Turkey, a land rich in culture, history, and unforgettable experiences, where East and West merge seamlessly. Get ready for an extraordinary vacation!
Upon arrival at Istanbul International Airport (IST), one of the world's largest and most impressive airports, opened in April 2019. After passport control and baggage claim, head to our meeting point at Exit Gate 8. Our staff will greet you for your transfer to the hotel. Check-in and free time to rest.

DAY 02 – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Day at leisure.
Optional Excursion: “PEARLS OF THE GOLDEN HORN AND THE BOSPORUS” (includes lunch at a local restaurant)
Approximate departure: 08:00 (to be confirmed with your guide).
We'll visit the old Jewish quarter of Balat, the Greek quarter of Fener, and enjoy views of the famous Golden Horn. Next, we'll visit the St. George's Cathedral, the principal patriarchate of the Greek Orthodox Church, and then the imposing Süleymaniye Mosque, designed by the renowned Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan, which boasts the largest dome of all Istanbul mosques.
We'll continue to the Spice Bazaar, a charming place full of aromas, where you can buy teas, herbs, dried fruits, Turkish delights, and, of course, spices.
The day concludes with a panoramic cruise along the Bosphorus strait, the natural border between Europe and Asia, where you'll see palaces, fortresses, mansions, and bridges. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 03 – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Day at leisure.
Optional Excursion: “JEWELS OF CONSTANTINOPLE” (includes lunch at a local restaurant)
Approximate departure: 08:00 (to be confirmed with your guide).
Enjoy a historical tour of Istanbul's old city. Begin at the Roman Hippodrome, once the social hub of Constantinople, and admire the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, and the German Fountain.
Visit the iconic Blue Mosque, decorated with over 20,000 hand-painted Iznik tiles.
From the outside, marvel at the grand Hagia Sophia, built in 537 AD, a masterpiece of architecture that has served as a church, mosque, and museum.
Then, visit Topkapi Palace, home to the Ottoman sultans for over 400 years. Explore the royal gardens, kitchens, treasury rooms, and the mysterious Harem, famous for its sumptuous decoration.
We continue to the Aya Irini church, one of the few Byzantine churches never converted into a mosque, and end the day at the Grand Bazaar, one of the world's largest and oldest covered markets, where haggling is a tradition. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Optional Evening Excursion: “ISTANBUL STREET FOOD EXPERIENCE”
Discover the essence of Constantinople's flavors on foot, wandering historical streets offering a variety of traditional bites. This is an opportunity to explore new ingredients, presentations, and culinary techniques – an immersive cultural and gastronomic experience.
DAY 04 – ISTANBUL – ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast (to go). Early departure around 06:00 (to be confirmed).
Travel to Ankara for a panoramic tour of Turkey's capital and visit the Mausoleum of Atatürk, founder of the Turkish Republic.
En route to Cappadocia, stop at the Salt Lake for photos, and visit a Caravanserai, an ancient Silk Road inn.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel in Cappadocia.
DAY 05 – CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast. Departure around 08:00.
Explore this unique region formed by volcanic lava over 3 million years ago. Visit the Göreme Open-Air Museum, with chapels carved into volcanic rock and 13th-century frescoes.
See the surreal valleys and iconic fairy chimneys.
Stop to enjoy panoramic views of incredible volcanic formations.
Visit an underground city, showcasing impressive ancient engineering.
Later, tour a carpet workshop to learn about traditional techniques and a jewelry center exhibiting regional precious stones.
Return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
Optional Experiences in Cappadocia:
Cave folk dance show with local drinks.
Off-road photography adventure through mystical valleys.
Early morning, an unforgettable hot air balloon flight over the breathtaking landscapes.
DAY 06 – CAPPADOCIA – PAMUKKALE
Breakfast. Departure around 06:00 (to be confirmed).
Drive to Pamukkale and explore the ancient city of Hierapolis and the natural wonder known as the Cotton Castle, with its travertine terraces and thermal waters.
Hierapolis, meaning "holy city," was known for its temples, healing waters, and a well-preserved Roman theater.
Pamukkale, meaning "cotton castle" in Turkish, is famous for its white terraces created by calcium-rich mineral waters.
Both sites are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Visit a local textile workshop to see regional cotton products.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
DAY 07 – PAMUKKALE – SELÇUK – IZMIR / KUŞADASI
Breakfast. Departure around 08:00.
Visit the House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be her last home. It's a pilgrimage site for both Christians and Muslims.
Continue to Selçuk for a panoramic view of the city, including the Ottoman Castle, Basilica of St. John, and the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Stop at a leather goods showroom, renowned for its high-quality products made from lambskin.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel in İzmir or Kuşadası (depending on the season).
DAY 08 – IZMIR / KUŞADASI
Breakfast. Day at leisure.
Optional Excursion: "CHIOS – A GREEK PARADISE"
Approximate departure: 06:00–07:00 (to be confirmed).
Transfer to the port of Çeşme and take a ferry to the Greek island of Chios.
Visit the charming village of Mesta, with its narrow Byzantine-era stone streets.
Then head to Pyrgi, known for its geometric black-and-white house patterns called "xysta."
Visit the Mastic Museum, where you'll learn about the unique resin extracted from local trees, used since ancient times for various purposes.
End the day at one of Chios's beautiful Aegean beaches, then return to the port and transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 09 – KUŞADASI / IZMIR – BURSA – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Departure around 08:00.
Travel to Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Enjoy a panoramic tour, including the Green Mosque and Green Mausoleum, famous for their intricate tile work.
Continue to Istanbul. Arrival and accommodation.
DAY 10 – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Transfer to Istanbul International Airport (IST).
