“Terrible customer service. Officially rated as a four star hotel, deserves only two for European standard. Flushing in the room doesn't work, water pressure very low, if you eat at the restaurant you can only order fancy European wine, if you want to drink tea, you need to get it yourself from the Cafe next door. Upon arrival, we were a group of a marathon club, people were assigned in different rooms, but you need to find out yourself in which room you are.. Rubbish customer service. Overpriced too”
