“We booked this on booking.com and not ONCE did it tell us that the facilities were going to be closed. I understand COVID is happening. But we stayed at The lodge at Breckenridge And they had way better service and were more prepared to make it a great stay for people staying. I am very disappointed. Every location is supposed to serve warm cookies and those weren’t even available. I’m not mad about things being closed I’m mad that we paid FULL PRICE for it all to be closed. And not once did it mention that.”
