Hotel staff was nice.Bartender was awesome!! Room was ok but not as clean as I would have expected.Pic attached is where I cleaned around the sink. I did wipe down the rest of the room and it was fine.Maintenance issues were fixed when followed up on.No view of anything except other rooms, very odd set up.Not offered an upgrade as diamond status.I always assumed it would be given since they can see your status with them when reserving a room. Obviously not, so always ask...

Todos na equipe foram muito atenciosos e amigáveis. Senti que todos eram competentes em suas atribuições. O barman prestou um ótimo serviço e a senhora da recepção foi muito atenciosa. Gostei do café da manhã, bacon estava crocante, bisquit estava úmido e os ovos estavam um pouco mexidos demais para o meu gosto, mas muito bom. Meu amigo e eu realmente gostamos da nossa estadia e voltaremos novamente.

Everyone on the staff were so attentive and friendly.I felt everyone was competent in their assigned duties.The bartender gave great service and the lady at the front desk was very attentive. I enjoyed the breakfast, bacon was crisp, bisquit was moist and the eggs were a little over scrambled for my taste, but very good.My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and will be returning again.

Bom Dia Gostaria de esclarecer algumas dúvidas em relação à minha estadia no hotel acima. 1. Houve discrepâncias nas minhas cobranças. Originalmente, os encargos com minha taxa de estado/governo era de US$ 553, que foi pago no check-in. Ao receber o recibo, o total reflete US$ 688 (incluindo manobrista diário). No entanto, minha taxa de estado/governos não inclui impostos. Também notei alguns impostos adicionais que foram mencionados na reserva ou no check-in (impostos de turismo e ocupação). No dia da verificação, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Solicitei que um engenheiro o atendesse e, conforme solicitado, ele apresentou o quarto e substituiu o filtro de ar imundo (veja a foto em anexo). Ao fazer a manutenção do ar condicionado, ele começou a fazer um barulho muito alto (soando como um motor de veículo ruim), do qual não consegui dormir bem. O detector de fumaça não estava no quarto e isso é um problema de segurança (veja a foto em anexo) A porta do chuveiro estava fora dos trilhos, tornando difícil entrar e sair do chuveiro (veja a foto em anexo) Com todos os problemas mencionados, tentei me expor à mulher nos serviços de atendimento ao cliente que basicamente me ignorou. Solicitei um gerente que ela então declarou não estar disponível. Eu viajei da Flórida com a esperança de um ótimo hotel Experiência aqui e fiquei muito decepcionado. Sou membro do Hilton Honors há vários anos, mas a falta de atendimento ao cliente, honestidade e quarto ruim A manutenção é totalmente inaceitável.

Good morning I would like to address some concerns regarding my stay at the above hotel. 1. There was a discrepancies in my charges. Originally the charges with my state/government rate was $553 which was paid at check in. Upon receiving the receipt, the total reflects $688(including daily valet). However my state/governments rate is to not include taxes. I also noticed a few additional taxes that were note mentioned at booking or check in( tourism and occupancy taxes). On the day of check, the air conditioner was not working. I requested an engineer to service it and as requested he presented The room and replaced the filthy air filter (please see photo attached). Upon servicing the air conditioner, it started making a very loud noise (sounding like a bad vehicle motor) from which i was unable to get a good nights rest. The smoke detector was not in the room and that’s a safety issue ( please see photo attached) The shower door was off track making it hard to go in and out of the shower (please see photo attached) With all of the mentioned issues, I tried exposing to the female at guest services who basically brushed me off. I requested for a manager who she then stated was not available. I traveled from Florida With the hopes of a great hotel Experience here and was Highly disappointed. I’ve been a Hilton honors member for several years but the lack of customer service, honesty and poor room Upkeep is totally unacceptable.

Eu não amei este lugar. A calçada em frente tinha tijolos soltos e faltando. O restaurante era decente, mas um pouco caro. Ouvimos o elevador subindo e descendo a noite toda. As lixeiras ficavam perto da entrada, então cheirava um pouco. A única vista que tínhamos era da parede da torre oposta, que estava suja e mofada. Eu sei que é uma cidade portuária do sul, mas algum esforço deve ser feito para manter as paredes externas limpas. A parte externa das janelas também precisava de limpeza. O recepcionista e servidores do restaurante foram muito bons. Também tivemos um problema de manutenção que foi tratado com muita rapidez e eficiência.

Estava tudo bem, nada que escrever. Definitivamente não é o seu típico hotel Hilton e ser um membro Hilton Honors não tem vantagens aqui além da água. Check-in foi suave, caras super legais atrás da recepção. Ficamos 3 noites, tivemos serviço de limpeza uma vez. Eu apenas tirei nossas toalhas e peguei outras limpas.

It was okay, nothing to write home about. Definitely not your typical Hilton hotel and being a Hilton Honors member has no perks here other than water. Check in was smooth, super nice guys behind the front desk. We stayed 3 nights, had maid service once. I just took our towels down and got fresh ones.

I didn't love this place. The sidewalk in front had loose and missing bricks. The restaurant was decent but a little expensive. We listened to the elevator going up & down all night. Dumpsters were near the entrance so it smelled a bit. The only view we had was of the opposite tower wall which was dirty and moldy. I know it's a southern port city but some effort should be made to keep the outside walls clean. The outside of the windows needed cleaning as well. The desk clerk and restaurant servers were very good. Also we had a maintenance issue that was handled very quickly and efficiently.

WONDERFUL staff and experience!! My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 3 nights and cannot say enough great things about the staff here! From making accommodations for an early check-in to making AMAZING breakfasts, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We actually ended up extending our stay at this property, instead of going to another Hilton (due to an airport issue), because we received such great care here! My son and I had the best stay! Darnell, George, and Donnie were all so fantastic! They gave us the best recommendations and guidance on our ventures through the city. The room was fantastic, the view at the pool amazing, and the location was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!

This is one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Gross, hair in towels, dirty tub and sink, and sticky floor. The tub was slick due to build up soap scum. We stayed for 3 nights and they do no cleaning on extended stay. I was the tub out at home I suppose cleanliness is a luxury. From the look of the room I wouldn’t dare use the coffee machine in the room; so I went downstairs to use the one in the lobby (figuring they would keep it up for appearances) NO to filthy to work and fill a cup of coffee. I was going to get cleaning supplies off maid cart to wash out tub and sink… guess what- NONE THERE. People pick another hotel!!!!

Great accommodations in an area with so many options this was a great mix of modern while the exterior fit into the neighborhood. Reasonable price. The breakfast was incredible. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Grande distância a pé do bairro francês. A equipe dentro do motel um manobrista foi ótimo agradável e útil. O quarto 1213 era enorme e mobiliado. As camas são macias, apenas desejo que dêem mais 1 cobertor. A única reclamação nunca foi dito que tivemos que pagar 38 por dia para estacionar.

Great walking distance to French quarter.Staff inside motel an valet was great nice and helpful.Room 1213 was huge furnished nice. Beds are soft just wish they give 1 more blankets. Only complaint was never told we had to pay 38 a day to park.

Não vou remarcar aqui. 2 estrelas por estar a distância de vigília. Nenhum funcionário da recepção estava usando uma máscara. O hotel estava sujo. Atendimento zero ao cliente. Um bando de jovens de 20 anos administrando um hotel com atitudes preguiçosas e ruins. Nosso cachorro não tinha onde usar o banheiro. Não 1 área gramada por pelo menos 2 milhas. Então não é muito pet friendly. Nosso telefone no nosso quarto não funcionou o fim de semana inteiro. Pedimos duas vezes e nada. Tivemos que usar nosso telefone celular para ligar para eles todas as vezes. . Nosso edredom estava rasgado e manchado. Cabelo na pia e no chuveiro. Sacos de salgadinhos vazios estavam embaixo das mesas. Apenas bruto. Não há tábua de passar roupas para passar nossas roupas. Restos de comida em cada elevador. Pedimos ao serviço de quarto 2 colheres para o nosso sorvete e eles nos disseram que não tinham colheres! O que?! Eles não se importaram quando eu saí e disse alguma coisa. Simplesmente nada. Pule este hotel. 👎 👎 não vale o dinheiro. Eles devem reembolsar metade do nosso dinheiro para a estadia desconfortável principal.

Llegué después de 500km de viaje en ruta y, según ellos, se había "roto" mi habitación y el hotel estaba lleno por lo que no me podía reubicarLa "solución" de la recepcionista Kristin (de pésima atención) fue que yo busque otro hotel... I will not rebook here. 2 stars for being waking distance. Not one desk clerk was wearing a mask. The hotel was dirty. Zero costumer service. A bunch of 20 yr olds running a hotel with lazy, bad attitudes. Our dog had no where to use the bathroom. Not 1 grassy area for at least 2 miles. So it's not very pet friendly. Our phone in our room didn't work the whole weekend. We asked twice and nothing. We had to use our cell phone to call them every time.. Our comforter was ripped and stained. Hair in sink and shower. Empty chip bags were under the tables. Just gross. No ironing board to iron our clothing. Food debris in every elevator. We asked room service for 2 spoons for our ice cream and they told us they didn'thave spoons! What?! They didn't care when I checked out and said something. Just nothing at all. Skip this hotel. 👎 👎 not worth the money. They should refund half of our money for the major uncomfortable stay.
