“Pros: Great location in Westwood, which is NOT Beverly Hills, but a 5-minute drive so very close! Guestrooms are functional and include a small lounge chair + ottoman set, a work space/desk and mini fridge. The lobby and its restrooms are really beautiful, clean, spacious and luxurious. The daily credit to be used at the lobby mini store, which carries plenty of essentials and convenient items, was quite the pleasant surprise. And 9/10 staffers go above and beyond. Note: you can text the front desk with any requests or questions, super convenient!!
Cons: The walls are thin. Paid parking. Pool hours are more like office hours (something like 9am-5pm) and the pool is almost completely covered by shade so it's a bit cold.
Pandemic modifications: What was once paid valet parking is now overpriced self parking for $49/night. I don't mind self parking and I don't mind paid parking, but the cost seems a bit high seeing as you're doing it yourself. There is no room service or housekeeping so if you request new bedding, anticipate that it will be left outside your room in a massive Ziploc-style bag.”
