“Fuimos a cenar un grupo de gente a la terraza y nos sentimos estafados: comida de mala calidad y escasa. Una única persona para servir a 24 personas. Quisimos a tomar una copa y nos indicaron, de manera muy mal educada, que habían cerrado la barra cuando el servicio que habíamos contratado no había no había terminado aun. A la hora de reclamar en recepción nos dijeron, también de manera muy maleducada y chulesca, que no estaba el director ni ningún encargado, sorprendente para un hotel de esta categoría. Un desastre absoluto !!!!. No volveré nunca ni lo recomendaré.”

“Loved this hotel. Every member of staff was welcoming and provided fantastic customer service. We were made to feel welcome at every point during our stay. The rooms are very premium in their decoration and pretty spacious. The bars have a wide selection of drinks delivered in a relaxing environment. The hotel has its own signature scent which we loved.
We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Barcelona.”
