Um bom lugar para ficar por um tempo. Os quartos são perfeitos; tudo, desde um sofá-cama a um fogão, internet de alta velocidade, excelentes vistas e muito mais. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos também. Há café da manhã gratuito, mas não há muitas opções. Mas foi bom. A localização em Washington eu pessoalmente não era fã. Um pro pode ser que fosse muito perto do metrô, mas um contra seria que apenas andando para os quarteirões na direção errada e você pode estar em uma área com sombra. No geral, este Residence Inn foi uma ótima experiência.

A good place to stay at for a while. The rooms are perfect; everything from a pull out couch to a stove, very high speed internet, great views, and more. The employees were very nice also. There is free breakfast, but there are not a ton of options. It was good though. The location in Washington I personally wasn't a fan of. A pro could be that it was very close to the subway, but a con would be that just walking to blocks the wrong way and you can be in a shady area. Overall, this Residence Inn was a great experience.

I Dirá no início que o gerente prometeu para comp us uma noite (da nossa estadia de duas noites) devido aos problemas que tivemos e ela seguiu com essa promessa. Houve problemas de água quente no banheiro. Não tínhamos água quente no chuveiro/banheira e a água quente da pia era apenas um fio. Alguém veio rapidamente dar uma olhada. Descobriu-se que o anel que indica quente/frio na banheira foi instalado ao contrário. Mais tarde naquela noite, porém, sentimos algo estalar na torneira e não funcionou mais bem. O cavalheiro que veio teorizou que a linha de água quente na pia estava entupida. Ele disse que deixaria um bilhete para que fosse substituído no dia seguinte, mas isso não aconteceu. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Nós o colocamos na temperatura mais baixa, mas não chegou nem perto. O despertador era uma porcaria. O botão para definir os minutos estava quebrado, assim como as portas de carregamento USB. De volta ao banheiro, parte do rodapé estava caindo. Havia manchas nas paredes. Parte do teto tinha tinta empolada. O café da manhã foi anunciado como terminando às 9h30. Eu esperaria que, se eu demorasse e rolasse até lá às 21h20, eu pudesse tomar café da manhã e não confiar na bondade de minha família para me dar suas sobras. Eu fiz melhor na segunda manhã. A equipe do café da manhã não. Eles estavam rolando as coisas às cinco e nove. Felizmente eu me apressei e consegui alguma coisa. Minha filha de nove anos disse: "Este é o pior hotel de toda a minha vida!" Isso foi certamente perto da pior experiência de hotel que tive nos EUA.

I will say at the outset that the manager promised to comp us a night (out of our two-night stay) due to the problems we had and she followed through on that promise. There were hot water problems in the bathroom. We had no hot water in the shower/bathtub and the sink hot water was barely a trickle. Someone did quickly come to take a look. It turned out that the ring that indicates hot/cold on the bathtub was installed backwards. Later that evening, though, we felt something snap in the faucet and it no longer worked smoothly. The gentleman who came theorized that the hot water line in the sink was clogged. He said he'd leave a note to have that replaced the next day, but that didn't happen. The air conditioning did not work. We had it set to the lowest temperature, but it got nowhere close. The alarm clock was a piece of junk. The button to set minutes was broken as were the USB charging ports. Back to the bathroom, part of the baseboard was coming off. There were stains on the walls. Part of the ceiling had blistered paint. Breakfast was advertised as ending at 9:30. I would expect that if I dilly-dallied and rolled down there at 9:20, I could get breakfast and not rely on the kindness of my family to give me their cast-asides. I did better the second morning. The breakfast staff did not. They were rolling things up at five after 9. Fortunately I hustled through and was able to get something. My nine-year-old daughter said, "This is the worst hotel in my whole life!" This was certainly close to the worst hotel experience I have had within the U.S.

Excelente localização para uma curta caminhada de passeios turísticos, mas não há restaurantes próximos. Minha família de 5 pessoas ficou em uma suíte de 2 quartos - muito datada, uma colher na cozinha com o mínimo de outros talheres e pratos, a água estava congelando em um banheiro o fim de semana inteiro, ninguém limpou nosso quarto! Perguntei porque nosso lixo estava transbordando e estávamos sem TP - acabei esvaziando tudo sozinho, já que ninguém veio, embora a recepção dissesse que sim. A piscina estava "nublada" e parecia não ter sido limpa em um tempo ou muitos produtos químicos. Não vamos ficar aqui novamente.

Bom tamanho do quarto, localização. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Teve 3 pedidos durante 3 noites de estadia e todos prontamente tratados. Deixando cair uma estrela para alguns problemas, como café da manhã sanduíche para 2 de 3 manhãs, sem café pronto no saguão, sem vaga de estacionamento reservada, mesmo que estejamos pagando pelo estacionamento.

This hotel was a sub-par experience all around. I understand there are staffing issues, but we had no cleaning for 4 days and the staff had to be asked numerous times for more towels, etc. Location is great (a couple blocks from metro) but our room felt like a dungeon on the 13th floor (top level). The building is situated right next to an empty office building so very few rooms would have a view. Won't stay again.

Great location for walking distance to sight seeing but no restaurants close. My family of 5 stayed in 2 bedroom suite - very dated, one spoon in the kitchenette with minimal of other silverware and dishes, water was freezing in the one bathroom the entire weekend, no one cleaned our room! I asked because our trash was over flowing and we were out of TP- I ended up emptying it all myself since no one came even though the front desk said they would. The pool was “cloudy” and seemed to either no have been cleaned in a while or far too much chemicals. We won’t be staying here again.

Good room size, location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had 3 requests during 3 night stay and all promptly handled. Dropping a star for a few issues like sandwich breakfasts for 2 of 3 mornings, no ready coffee in the lobby, no reserved parking spot even if we're paying for parking.

Convenientemente localizado que poderíamos caminhar até os nossos pontos de interesse em DC. Ótimo valor para a nossa estadia de 3 noites. O quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Devido a um prédio alto do outro lado da rua, nosso quarto era um pouco fraco mesmo com todas as luzes. Nice equipe e bom serviço. O café da manhã era bom.

Nossa estadia deixou pouco a desejar. A temperatura da água era terrível. Um dos dias, meu marido e eu apenas colocamos nossas cabeças debaixo d'água porque a água estava muito fria para entrar no chuveiro. A equipe foi muito simpática na maior parte e o café da manhã ensacado devido ao Covid também foi muito bom. O hotel estava em condições medíocres. Nós não vamos ficar lá novamente e fiquei um pouco decepcionado com esta estadia no hotel.

Conveniently located that we could walk to our points of interests in DC.Great value for our stay of 3 nights.Room was clean and spacious.Due to a tall building across the street, our room was a bit dim even with all lights on.Nice staff and good service.Breakfast was good.

Our stay left little to be desired. The water temperature was terrible. One of the days my husband and I just put our heads under the water because the water was too cold to even get in the shower. The staff was very friendly for the most part and the bagged breakfast due to Covid was also very good. The hotel was in mediocre condition. We will not be staying there again and was a bit disappointed with this hotel stay.

Hotel muito bom, excelente localização e valor incrível. Check-in foi tranquilo e a equipe foi super amigável. O café da manhã é ótimo, mesmo durante os tempos de Covid, eles ainda têm um café da manhã completo com pratos quentes. O estacionamento pode ser complicado, mas encontramos alguns lugares em nosso retorno tarde da noite.

Very nice hotel, excellent location and amazing value. Check in was a breeze and staff was super friendly. Breakfast is great even during Covid times, they still have a full hot breakfast. Parking can be tricky but we found a couple of spots upon our late night return.

Fabuloso, áreas comunes hermosas, habitaciones súper cómoda, gran atención.

El trato de los empleados muy bueno. Hay actividades nocturnas de entretenimiento social algunas noches. Es donde mas variedad de comida en el desayuno. Puedes escoger entre 2 tipos de sandwich, cup cake, yogurd, jugos, cereal, avena, en ocasiones hay pancakes o waflers, café, chocolate y té.

Excelente desayuno. Variado. Buena atencion en general. Cocina equipada y con mesa y sillas para una cena rapida luego de caminar la ciudad. Nos costó hacer funcionar la maquina de cafe. Asi que si a tu primer intento no arranca, no te desanimes. Un buen lugar si necesitas una cama suplementaria en espacio separado( tiene un estar con cocina con un sofa que se hace cama)

Esta muy bien localizado cerca de la zona turística y del metro.Excelente desayuno y las habitaciones son limpias,amplias con excelente iluminación,y con una pequeña cocina con todos los enseres necesariosy además uno puede hacer el pedido delsupermercadoa través de la recepcionista y lo llevan a la habitación. Tienen televisiones grandes de excelente color y son inteligentes.El personal es amable.

El servicio de la gente que trabaja ahí muy bueno, muy amables casi todos y durante todo el día. El único problema fue el precio y particularmente en nuestro caso, nos cobraron 200 dólares extra por un "incidente" el cual no pudieron explicar la razón... pero bueno fuera de eso es un hotel excelente, buena ubicación con instalaciones maravillosas.*Deben de tener más seguridad en la alberca ya que los niños ahí parecen criaturas salvajes; saltan, corren y andan sin ninguna precaución.**Podrían poner más waffleras, todos los días tuve que hacer al menos 10 minutos de fila para poder disfrutarlos.***Los muebles del cuarto y todo dentro de él en general, espectacular, la chica de limpieza se lució, muchas gracias.
