“I cannot express how nice, helpful, and just overall amazing the staff is here. The rooms are typical in size for a "cheap" hotel, but it was clean and comfortable with a decent view (see photo). We got a good deal on the price but before my wife told me that, I thought we were paying a lot more because I couldn't believe how courteous and prompt and above-and-beyond the entire staff was. It blew me away how much they tried to make our stay comfortable (we had our two small children with us and we had some extra needs, but the staff jumped to make suggestions to help us out). I can't say enough good things about this place. I wish it was a little closer to the beach, but the staff and the price made up for any negatives.”

“Honestly, I liked it. For the price, and the location its not bad. It's definitely located in the city, and its a doable walk to the beach but I didn't love the walk every time especially in Waikiki area itself. The Hyatt is a better option, or the Hilton if you have the budget for it.”
