“Paid for our night there with Tesco Clubcard vouchers. If we'd paid full price I would have been very annoyed. Large, spacious and comfortable rooms. The bar had run out of beer and other drinks as there was a wedding on. Thread bare carpet on communal stairs. One lift out of 2 broken. A cleaning product bottle left in our room on arrival. Nice Beatles artifacts and piped music. No orange juice for breakfast. Coffee tipped in my saucer as I was being served and no apology. Dirty in the breakfast eating area. Could be a very nice hotel.”
