“The staff is so friendly and helpful(especially the male staff in the pic, He provided the best service and pay attention to a small detail), the location is excellent, and the property design and detail are so stunning. Don't forget to order hot chocolate and scone, It’s something you shouldn't miss out on.
This is the best hot chocolate and scone I've ever had in Paris.”

“The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
We believe that you should have heavier rubber mats in the showers to avoid falls, by senior citizens.
The food in your breakfast area was wonderful, but the chairs need more padding,and were quite low.
Your staff is fantastic, which i am sure you know!!”
