Beautiful views & incredibly helpful staff. Raisa & Tiffany at the front desk were nothing short of wonderful. The morning of check out I ran into some issues with my phone and they were so patient & helpful in resolving the issue and making sure I was taken care of--I can't say enough nice things 😊 I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back

Esta propriedade está localizada no centro do Pier 17. Localização perfeita para jantares e sair para beber. Belo pôr do sol e, acima de tudo, me senti super segura andando tarde da noite. A equipe que trabalha no hotel é super simpática e prestativa. Lençóis e travesseiros são limpos e não têm cheiros estranhos como outros hotéis em Nova York. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo.

This property is located Downtown by Pier 17. Perfect location for dinners and going out for drinks. Beautiful sunsets and above all, I felt super safe walking around late at night. The staff working at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Sheets and pillows are clean and don't have funky smells like other hotels in NYC. Will definitely come back and recommend.

We loved the room, small but with everything you need, the bed is like sleeping in heaven and the pillows are extremely soft. In addition, the views of the river make it an excellent point. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be a little better, the shower had residue from someone else's hair when entering it, which is why I give it 4 stars. everything else Perfect. breakfast is $25 per person.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for the weekend and it was wonderful. Ideal location for downtown and easy to come and go when we needed to. The room was clean and comfortable.

O serviço ao cliente aqui estava fora das cartas! Max, o concierge que mais nos ajudou, permitiu que fizéssemos check-in mais cedo, nos mostrou nossas melhores opções de viagem e deu sugestões do que poderíamos querer ver, e até mesmo guardou nossa bagagem depois do horário de check-out para ajudar a acomodar-nos entre o check-out e o nosso voo de partida! Ele foi seriamente o melhor! O quarto não era enorme, mas muito limpo, a manutenção da casa está disponível mediante solicitação devido ao covid, a área parecia segura e a localização era perfeita para tudo o que queríamos fazer!

Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy cómodos, la mayoría del personal habla español, son muy amables, es un lugar tranquilo, lejos de los ruidos, solo estabamos para dormir y seguir explorando New York, lo que nos pareció perfecto.

The customer service here was off the charts! Max, the concierge that helped us the most, allowed us to check in early, took the time to show us our best travel options and give suggestions for what we might want to see, and even kept our luggage past our check-out time to help accommodate us between check-out and our departing flight! He was seriously the best! The room was not huge but very clean, house keeping is available by request due to covid, the area felt safe, and the location was perfect for everything we were looking to do!

Great hotel in the Financial District. Quiet and within walking distance of subway and busses. You're within a ~30 min door to door journey to any of the major sites. Car can be valet parked a few blocks over. Room was really clean, functional and up to date. Very reasonable price, very well located, clean and impeccable service. If you've travelled for business, it's a solid business trip hotel which does great for holidays as well.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms are clean. The lobby is surprisingly small and uncomfortable when waiting to meet up with other people. The rooms are a bit small, but have everything I need for business trips. Not much room for clothes if there are 2 occupants. All-in-all perfectly fine for short business trips.

The hotel was so clean. It was better than some 4 star hotels in the city. Lots of cute modern places to lounge around near the bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I liked the view and how close it was to the pier. The staff was very nice too. I would definitely recommend it

The AC by Marriott New York Downtown is a decent hotel near Manhattan's Financial District. The rooms are modern and clean and offer a great view through big floor-to-ceiling windows. Very convenient for international travellers: There are USB ports, so you can charge your phone directly through these.However, there are some negative aspects as well: The air inside the room was very humid and the blanket was really strange. Instead of a full cover, the blanket just had to additional sheets that were not attached to each other (one below, one above). Consequently, I basically had a raw blanked after getting in and out of the bed a few times. Also, it is nice that there were complementary water bottles in the mini fridge, however, those were the smallest bottles I have ever seen.All in all, it is a decent, slightly overpriced hotel with a great location.

A close friend and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving 2021 weekend. It's a great location with friendly staff. The restaurant was closed due to staff shortages, but they do provide a list of nearby restaurants to check out. The rooms were modern and clean. The two double beds were sold out for this weekend and despite that, I'm glad my friend and I booked separate rooms because the rooms and bathrooms are super tiny. Otherwise, I'd probably stay here again, the hotel was very quiet. I do not know whether I'd pay extra for the river view, it's pretty much what you see in the limited number of photos on the website. It's not like you're going to see the river and the Brooklyn Bridge and it's only a side view of the river.

Good facility with nice, bigger-than-NY-standard rooms but service seems off. Lifetime platinum checked in and got a room on a pretty low floor overlooking another building - just to then an hour later find out walking into the shower that the room has no shampoo, body wash or even hand soap of any kindCall the front desk? Too bad the phone in the room is broken, as in some of the electric outlets. Calling from my cellphone led to front desk after 2 minutes of listening to extensions menu. 30m later - still no sign for someone delivering soap so a guest can shower and head out.Pretty ridiculous and sad given the great potential of the facility itself and the location on the waterThey probably will get it right eventually - but until then, prepare for some painful hiccups 🤦🏼‍♂️

Este lugar é muito bom. Ótima localização, obviamente, o quarto era maior do que eu pensava. Cama era confortável, banheiro era super limpo e o chuveiro era muito bom. A recepção oferece um bom serviço. Em geral, ótima estadia. única reclamação que tenho é que a pia é, na verdade, separada do próprio banheiro. Achei isso estranho e também a pia é bem pequena, então não abra a torneira totalmente, pois você vai acabar jogando água em suas roupas.

Overall great experience. Had issues with jack hammering at 7am, and Max was very helpful by providing me with a room further away from the jack hammering. He was very helpful. The room was great, trh TV options to be able to use your own logins to Netflix and free showtime were great too. Lovely view of the East River.A couple of critiques: - if you require people to provide vaccination proof to work out in the gym, then why do the employees insist on leaving the door open and prop it up even after I have closed it multiple times. It's also next to the employee break room so the door slams constantly and would be nice to not hear it by keeping the door to the gym closed. - volume of music at the gym can't be turned down to zero. - the lobby on the 2nd floor is used by various workers around the neighborhood, construction workers, security, police who have their walkie talkies on and are maskless. - the computer center had the same person occupying the computer for 2 hours straight. No headphones, endless zoom calls, no mask, and his phone was on speaker the whole time. He was using it like he was at home. Even if he's a guest, there should be some sort of rules so others can work in that environment too.

This hotel is a great choice for NYC trip. Neighbourhood is so quiet thus you can sleep all night along without noise. The main disadvantage of this place - there is no any grocery stores around. But rooms are so comfy that you can excuse this place its flaw.

This place is pretty nice. Great location obviously, the room was bigger than i thought. Bed was comfy, bathroom was super clean and the shower was good too. Front desk provided good service. Overall great stay. only complaint i have is that the sink is actually separate from the bathroom itself. i found that kind of odd and also the sink is pretty small so dont turn the faucet up all the way as you’ll end up splashing your clothes with water.

5 estrelas não são suficientes! Meu marido e eu usamos o AC Marriott Downtown para hospedar nossos convidados de fora da cidade com um quarto para o nosso casamento no fim de semana passado, e ele simplesmente superou nossas expectativas. Embora eu tenha procurado vários hotéis na área quando estava procurando blocos de quartos pela primeira vez, Robert, do AC Marriott, foi sem dúvida o mais receptivo e complacente. Meus convidados tinham os quartos mais incríveis, e a tarifa extremamente competitiva possibilitava que até mesmo meus hóspedes com orçamento mais baixo desfrutassem não uma, mas DUAS noites durante todo o fim de semana de casamento. Utilizamos o lindo espaço público do Lounge para uma pequena reunião antes do casamento, e a equipe foi tão generosa com a ajuda que nos permitiu usar o espaço. Eu também tinha pessoalmente um quarto aqui para me arrumar no dia do meu casamento, e foi simplesmente deslumbrante - a vista por si só foi espetacular. Eu não posso recomendar o AC Marriott o suficiente, e Robert fez toda a experiência ótima.

Very happy to have found this option on Marriott App. Great location within Financial district and close to Pier Waterways, multiple subway stations and quick walk from WTC Path. Manager Max was 5 Star, very helpful, great staff all around. Nice room, clean & quiet. Will absolutely be back, even for business/events uptown.

The AC hotel is a great location with excellent friendly staff. The view of the water and the city was the only reason we stayed here. The price for a similar room nearby was 25% higher, the AC's deposit with a much lower $20 per night VS $100 as the standard. The valet parking was very convenient and fast, within minutes of handing the hotel my checkout notification, my car was ready. The only reason I gave the hotel a 4 star VS 5 star is the window view does not face the front of the room, only one person out of 4 in the double beds can see the water view from the bed - we still had an amazing city view even not facing the water. I will be returning - the price and lower deposit puts the AC Hotel above its neighbors.

5 Stars is not enough! My husband and I used the AC Marriott Downtown to host our out-of-town guests with a room block for our wedding last weekend, and it just exceeded our expectations. Though I reached out to multiple hotels in the area when I was first looking for room blocks, Robert at the AC Marriott was hands-down the most responsive and accommodating. My guests had the most incredible rooms, and the extremely competitive rate made it possible for even my lowest-budget guests to enjoy not one, but TWO nights for the full wedding weekend. We utilized the gorgeous public Lounge space for a little get-together before the wedding, and the staff was so generous with their help in allowing us to use the space. I also personally had a room here to get ready in the day of my wedding, and it was just stunning- the view alone was showstopping. I can't recommend the AC Marriott enough, and Robert made the whole experience great.

My 11-year-old son and I stayed with the AC Hotel on his first trip to New York and we found everything to be outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk to the subway and taxis seemed to always be available in front, should you choose to go that route. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was friendly and eager to help. We had a hiccup with housekeeping during our stay, but as soon as I brought it to the attention of the GM, Craig, he went above and beyond to ensure that the concerns were addressed and that we were happy with our stay. This is a manager that genuinely cares about his property and the experience of every guest. He’s truly a credit to the brand. We had striking views of the buildings in the surrounding financial district and of the East River from our room that were complemented by the floor to ceiling windows (my son thought this was the coolest thing ever!) If you are on the fence about staying at this hotel, I would strongly encourage you to give it a go, you will not be disappointed!

No me gustó. Tiene una buena ubicación, la habitación es linda, pero dicen que no se permite el fumar y varios de los días que estuve allí había un bajo a cigarrillo en la habitación. También el servicio de limpieza es malo. Pues tienes que hacer una reservación para que te limpien la habitación. Entonces el día de la reservación llegue a mi habitación y estaba sucia porque se les había olvidado limpiarla.
