“I am writing on behalf of myself and family. I recently stayed at the Iberostar Beach back in August with my family. This was my second stay at this hotel. I would like to give a very big "thank you" to Mr. Presley and the front desk staff for their accommodation without any hesitation. Our room set up and the view was perfect. I had sent an email a couple months prior, to inquire on adjoining rooms. I thought it wouldn't be possible, however, your customer service was excellent!!
I would like to also acknowledge Ms. K. Stone for her professionalism and hospitality. She was excellent and it shows that she loves what she does and she does it well. Everyone there was wonderful from the entertainment crew, dining crew, housekeeping, maintenance, bartenders, and chefs....the list goes on.
From the greeting smiles as soon as we arrived to the welcome back ribbon on the doors, it made it worth the return to the Iberostar. The small things make a huge difference. I hope that Mr. Presley, Ms.K.Stone, and the rest of the team members are acknowledged for their hard work and dedication as part of the Iberostar team. God bless you all. “This has truly been the best vacation I’ve had. Every person who works here is genuinely kind and so helpful. I felt so safe and taken care of. The entertainment team had been my favorite part, and the new trainee Pierre is PHENOMENAL! He remembers each of my family members by name, recalls small details, always asks if we are okay or if there’s anything to do, and is so respectful toward all guests. They did some great work hiring! Can’t wait to come back!”
