“This Hotel location is second to nobody.Very close to Via Toledo and downtown.The bay view from the room is something you can never get bored.Room was spacious and comfortable.The breakfast area is spacious and the food is very good and quite diverse.If you look for Location don`t go any further since this hotel is located in the middle of everything including restaurant local cafeteria ,Grocery shopping ,Downtown and close by the port as well. Service overall was very good with o issue whatsoever. I found the elevator to be a bit slow and not in sync but not a big deal at all”

“Believe the bad reviews!!! If there's anything I can accomplish in this life it would be to keep you from booking at this hotel. The service is terrible, there is no AC and they expected me to sleep in a room that was 80 degrees, they are refusing to refund me for switching room styles when I paid for a premium room with view and got shoved into a standard room with no view, the staff is incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is very old and you can tell everyone here is miserable. Avoid avoid avoid!!!”
