“We got a good offer to visit Prague that seemed to be perfect. The hotel looked nice and very well situated so it was a fantastic choice for us.
But unfortunately, the reality is not always as good and even though it’s a nice hotel, it shouldn’t have 5 stars. The rooms are terribly small, and it seems they were more concerned with capacity than quality. Breakfast was not adequate for such a hotel and the idea of having to share the “M Lounge” with other guests because the rooms are like that is not appealing at all.
Having said that, it’s a lovely place and their staff is fantastic which at the end is what makes the difference.”

“Excellent chic hotel slap bang in the middle of the old town. Walking distance to everything you need to see but not a main street so no having to fight your way through hordes of tourists outside the entrance!
Cannot praise enough the professional and friendly team on hand to help out whatever the issue.
The room we had was stylish, clean and warm.
Will definitely try to book if we come back.”
