“Check-in no hotel e quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, notamos mofo preto na área do chuveiro. Falou com o funcionário na recepção e não havia outros quartos disponíveis. Tivemos que fazer o check-out e obter outro quarto para a última noite de nossa estadia e esse quarto era pior. O mofo preto e tufos de cabelo fora do chuveiro, obviamente, eles não limpam seus quartos. A melhor parte foi que o gerente nem veio falar comigo. Acho que o atendimento ao cliente não está na mente dos gerentes quando eles têm um problema com o cliente. Eu tenho algumas fotos fantásticas, mas não posso publicá-las aqui”

“Checked in to the hotel and when we got to our room we noticed black mold in the shower area. Spoke with the clerk at the front desk and no other rooms were available. We had to check out and get another room for the last night of our stay and that room was worse. The black mold and clumps of hair outside the shower obviously they don't clean their rooms. Best part was the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me. Guess customer service isnt on the managers minds when they have a customer issue. I have some fantastic pictures but can't post them here”
