“We usually stay at Hilton’s (we travel a lot) because you usually can’t go wrong and the beds are almost always comfortable and it’s almost always clean. However this Hilton definitely was not up to our standards. The room was not cleaned, the bathroom had hairs all over (not ours), the TV was so small and probably at least 10 years old, the best waa uncomfortable- all things you don’t except from the Hilton. To top it off, we were excited about this stay for a few reasons - we booked it close to the airport because we had a very early flight and wanted a comfortable bed to get a good nights sleep but no such luck, the website said it had a jacuzzi and swimming pool but the jacuzzi was closed which we didn’t see notes anywhere on the website prior to booking- we were really looking forward to using it, it also said it had a restaurant and room service but the phone number for room service just kept ringing and ringing and then called the front desk who informed us room service wasn’t available but we could pick it up ourselves (again we were looking forward to a relaxing night at the Hilton before a day of flying but it was one thing after another it seemed. We ordered 2 appetizers of flatbread with cheese and sauce and pepperoni ($14 each!!) and after waiting awhile for it to be ready and then having to pick it up, I got back to our room and checked it out and it was a very small piece of what resembled a greasy personal size pizza and was so doughy (seemed like it wasn’t cooked) and we were left in shock that we paid $14 each for them. We did call the desk to complain but didn’t really get too far with them. The next day we had a charge of around $70 because we got chocolate milks and snacks. $70!!!???!! I called to speak to the manager the next morning but was forwarded to her voicemail and I left a very detailed message. I haven’t received a response at all!! So I’m writing a review now hoping this can be addressed.”

“Eu viajo muito e sou um nível diamante com Hilton. Este hotel não fornece os serviços pagos, então o Hilton e este hotel não respondem aos problemas. Paguei pelo quarto premium com lanches/bebidas. Não havia nada no quarto (o hotel usa a desculpa do Covid) e ao tentar lidar com isso na recepção, essa pessoa estava sobrecarregada com outras coisas e não podia ajudar. Então, paguei por itens que nunca recebi. Além disso, como membro diamante, devo receber um crédito por comida/bebida no restaurante. Não recebi esse crédito. Aconselho viajantes de negócios a evitar este hotel. Atualizar: Escrevi uma revisão sobre serviços pagos e não recebidos e itens que deveriam ter sido fornecidos com base no status, mas não recebidos.
