“After my flight was canceled, I scrambled and found the Hyatt Place Santa Fe. I was not disappointed. Nice sized and very clean rooms. Free hot breakfast was tasty and there were several options. Staff was accommodating, but special kudos go to Carlos who made sure I had airport transportation options and provided a nice waiting space while I waited for transport. The only negative was the restaurant and bar were not open (like many other places under the present circumstances).
I would definitely stay again.”

“Disappointed that there’s no electric vehicle charging station in parking lot. That alone means I likely won’t stay again.
Surprisingly good breakfast. Comfy bed, pillows, sheets. Clean, but could use some better facilities management to repair damaged ceiling in bathroom. Also, shower head could use a descaling. Keys easily demagnetize so I had to revisit the front desk after going all the way to my room. Needs USB-C ports near bed and more power outlets.
I loved how far the windows opened, at least on my first floor room. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms.”
