“O hotel é muito bom e eu gostei da minha estadia até o dia do check-out. Eu estava dormindo tão tranquilo quando, de repente, fui rudemente acordado por uma batida das 915 da manhã na porta do serviço de limpeza! ! ! Por que????? Isso é tão brega ter o serviço de limpeza batendo nas portas !! Eu sei quando fazer check-out!!! Agora estou com uma dor de cabeça lancinante por causa desse despertar rude!!!”

“Very good people and wonderful food at the restaurant. Otherwise: we can hear the people next door to our room and they are just taking at a normal volume, the front doors to the hotel aren’t electric, so they make it hard to enter with luggage and don’t comply with the ADA and you are never greeted by the staff when you arrive back at the hotel. PS: the coffee is very bitter. Not coming back.”
