“To many people and had to take your own trash out”

“Let’s start with this, the location is great! Staff was friendly and really accommodated us because of their mishap, my reservation wasn’t in the system but was in their email which look like I never had a reservation but I will say staff definitely made up for the mistake, upgraded our room to the pool view and gave us free parking for our stay! The rooms were clean, they just didn’t have a closet so we didn’t have no where to hang up our coats being we came from a state that required big coats, it’s no microwave so we wasted a lot of food because we couldn’t reheat it, we killed 3 roaches in the bathroom during our stay which was a bummer so we kept our suitcases off the floor! The front pool was a plus being that the water park closes at 7pm and the pool stays open until 10! The water park was really fun, they have a bar which was good except the bartender doesn’t know how to make frozen drinks, regular drinks on the rocks were really good! The food at the cafe was the bomb!!! Major plus for good food, $40 for a large pizza, 10 wings and a 2 liter wasn’t bad! But overall the stay wasn’t bad, I probably will stay again but it’s a lot of other hotel options to choose from”
