“I stayed with my family for 4 nights. We had a family room which was clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. We had a really good sleep as it was so quiet. The hotel was spotless and really welcoming. Every member of staff we interacted with was professional and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. A huge selection of really fresh and tasty food and drinks. It started our day off perfectly every day. The hotel is in a lovely spot of London. We felt incredibly safe here. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again”

“Can't even say I stayed here unfortunately!, we were due to stay at the hotel on the 19th of December however due to the mayor of London declaring a 'major incident' due to COVID rates / omricon out of control we contacted the hotel to check if our stay could be delayed. The member of staff told us "That would be fine, just need to contact secret escapes" However when we contacted secret escapes who we booked through we were told that the hotel refusedit. I have spoken today to a member of stafftoday about the situation andthe appoligies kept coming butdid not offer any explanation as to why I wastold that it would be fine topostpone/ cancel our booking under the circumstances and did not even offer a nightin credit. Poor communication from the hotel and very verypoorcustomer service!You " looking into who told us the wrong information" doesn't help me or my family! I would like to note that we contacted the train company and ice skating ( both have given us a refund or credit).”
