“Stayed here for 4 days. A few minor complaints: provided one towel the sound on TV wasn't working so we had to call the front desk we had put a sign for housekeeping one day and they never came they gave us one toilet paper on the roll In general, so many rooms and people here, we just felt like a number. Didn't get that personal feel but that happens in a manor citySome benefits of this hotel Concierge was very helpful and honest Breakfast was delicious Printed our tickets for the bus to Puebla at the front desk Close to city center”
