“Very nice hotel in the middle of downtown Dallas. Clean, well-kept, and never have to wait too long for an elevator (pet peeve at large hotels with only 1 or 2 elevators). Within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The only downside (very minor to me) is that the pool is shared with the attached hotel; so it's basically two hotels' worth of guests who have access to one average-sized pool. It can get very crowded very quickly. On the whole, it's still a nice hotel, and I would definitely stay again.”

“This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The first issue is that the establishment ran my credit card four times and insisted that my card was continuously being declined while I had to prove, that I had available funds by logging into my bank account and speaking with a bank teller.This was a surprise trip for my mother who is battling bone cancer, I was taking her to downtown Dallas to celebrate her feeling better after treatment and was instead humiliated by being told I didn’t have the money to pay for my room.I think have to wait an additional 3-5 business days for the transaction to post to my credit card while I paid on a different debit card.Not to mention this establishment does not offer housekeeping, which was not explained to us during our booking online or when we checked into the establishment. I was close to being stranded in the middle of downtown Dallas for 3 days because this place either had a merchant issue or, a payment processing issue.Not to mention the area is filled with construction and it smells horribly downtown. Ladies, I suggest having pepper spray or walking in large groups to avoid issues.I will not be staying here ever again and will be sure to mention this terrible experience to my followers on YouTube and my podcast.SPEND YOUR MONEY AND TIME ELSEWHERE.”
