“Worse hotel experience EVER. I went to Punta Cana to celebrate my birthday. I booked my accommodation 3 and half months prior. I got to the hotel at 230pm. They couldn’t find my reservation. They told me there must be a mistake with the booking company and I would have to pay 450 dollars that would be given back IF the problem was fixed. Problem that is not my fault. I refused to pay. I did not get into a room until 647pm…over 4 hours of waiting. I was not offered anything while waiting not even water I was standing there for 4 hours and they made it seem like it was my mistake to fix. While waiting we noticed several people coming to complain for several different reasons.Hotel eventually tried to make up for their mistake by giving everyone in my party the “VIP” treatment. But once you start off like that there’s no way to make it up. First impressions are everything. Once I get into the room it’s dirty and there’s no soap. The food in the resort was not good. The service was terrible. Never again!! Please just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.”

La habitación fantástica, nueva (o recién remodelada) con todo el equipamiento necesario, incluyendo bar todo incluído y un jacuzzi. La comida muy buena y el open bar es realmente premium, con servicio en las área de playa y piscina.Un plus: el complejo no es muy grande, lo que facilita desplazarse sin esfuerzo entre las instalaciones.

Our 7th time at this resort, where it is the staff that are the main reason for returning. The adults section is very nice and in the Marketplace buffet, there is an amazing variety of prepared foods and 3 differing cooking stations with chefs ready to cook your choices for you. Room is clean and serviced well, the room butler Fednon is worth his weight in gold! Being honest, there are some maintenance issues around the hotel, especially the beach areas but need to weight those against the hotel closure during COVID and you can see the workers now starting to attend to the areas but it's a long list to return the hotel back to its previous standards.

La experiencia en general le pondría un 6/10.Estuvimos la semana del miércoles 8 al domingo 12 de Diciembre.El hotel en general está muy bien, pero debe. Mejorar en varios aspectos para que la experiencia sea excelente y no queden sinsabores por pequeñas cosas fáciles de resolver.- El personal de recepción muy amable y cordial, ahora bien al primer día ya indiqué que el teléfono no funcionaba ( habitación 1326) y con una estadía desde miércoles a domingo nunca se arregló. Esto provoca que una noche me quede fuera de la habitación y mi pareja sin poder comunicar desde la misma que venga alguien a ayudarnos.- El restaurante Market Place :10/10 excelente todo la comida muy buena y la decoración muy acorde a temporada. - Ahora bien los restaurantes de reserva…. 3/10 solo se salvan por lo amable de los empleados.¿Cómo es posible que un restaurante que se haga llamar mediterráneo te ofrezcan un “ arroz negro con calamares” y el mismo sea un arroz blanco pasado por tinta negra y calamares a la Romana … al preguntar nos indican que es la receta que le mandan desde España ( 😤). Que mezclen aceite de oliva con vinagre de Modena y encima le rallen queso para untar el pan.. ( en que parte de España se come eso así ..!?).Si ponen una reserva a las 21:30 es que el personal estará pendiente y activo, no es de recibo escuchar: ah por fin se fueron ! ( si incluso nos saltamos el dichoso arroz 😕) - Pedir una Coca Cola parecía un sacrilegio, nunca había y se tardaba mucho.- El personal que ofrece servicios, eventos, membresias …debe mejorar las técnicas de ventas.. no es mejor dar voucher o tickets de descuentos si haces tal o cual acción ..? Todo el que vaya con ese voucher ya sabéis que esta mínimamente interesado. En vez de “acosar” a la gente que busca paz en un hotel ( si quiero oír ofertas me voy al mercado).Las piscinas muy buenas y salvo estos detalles, la estadía es agradable. Espero mejoren tanto en infraestructuras como en bajar un poco la intensidad de ventas.

So we got a bargain price of $80 a night. The resort is actually really nice & I feel has been up-kept pretty well. However the drinks are just awful & I feel are the lowest quality. I’m normally not fussy but I guess being in the hospitality industry - from the white wine to the margaritas, personally undrinkable even though they’re free & will do major damage on your body with all the chemicals. There is more or less nothing happening in the evening for entertainment. 3 mid 30 year olds couldn’t find anything for us to do all evening. I forget that the whole point of an all inclusive doesn’t involve the best quality, but I’d rather have paid for a meal but reservations are needed a day in advance. I personally couldn’t stay for a package holiday for a week but each to their own

The property is nice but the food is something to get use to. The prime membership guys are not to be trusted. One guy Jean Jacques took us out into town to get lower cost cigars and mamajauana. We paid $130.00 american and my bottle tasted like medicine but my cousins bottle was fine. I contacted him to make it right, but he blew me off. Be careful of who you trust. The hotel staff is excellent. Johnathan, Nilo, and Rosa provided outstanding service. I would revisit based on their performance.

Overall it was pretty fun. I was mainly upset thay I paid extra for a jacuzzi room but it was broken. We talked to representative 3x & each time they were like it was okay. But each time..the Jets blew out of the tub, even they seen it But was like, it's fine.. Although it was still "working" because the covers were coming of the Jets black debri was in the water. But they said because it was technically still turning, it was okay. Also, are inside desh was Riddle with small bugs similar to any but smaller, maybe termites. I noticed it the first day and cleaned it with my purely wipes but the jet time I looked, my paperwork was covered with them again. Staff was definitely nice tho, just up keep was not the greatest.

I had a great time at the resort. It was a relaxing, yet fun environment. Being less than a minute walk to the beach definitely added some points here!
The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Manuel (Botley) who went above and beyond in all his services. He had a friendly and energetic vibe, assisted with all questions, and was always available for anything I needed.
I'll be coming back to this resort in the future.

Este hotel está sobre valorados aparte la atención es de muy mal gusto me quede toquiada en el baño con una de mis dos bebe y la otras se quedo fuera llorando por poco me le da algo de tanto llorar yo pido ayuda ayuda y le doy bien duro a la puerta para ver si alguien pasa y me puede ayudar hay una del servicio que está a una habitación y ella por tener el los auriculares puesto no escucho la suerte a Dios que la otras chica de limpieza que estaba en el segundo piso me puedo ayudar pero no reconociendo esto para nada la cerradura están oxidada rota la habitación está en muy mal estado la almohada huelen a mojo el parqueo limitado eh Ivón muchas veces a punta cana y este hotel me a decepcionado por completo no valla a este hotel son súper in’s responsables boy a recepción y no me hicieron caso boy a servicio al cliente y me dice el señor que los espere afuera y no me atendió aún los estoy esperando 🤦🏽♀️ Yo espero que no me respondan para darme su estupida disculpa donde quiera que valla voy hablar de esto que me pasó para que no vallan a ese hotel los Peor de punta cana se llama be live collectionMi peor experiencia fue esta y si tengo foto y video del mal servicio con nombre y rostrosy de la cerradura por si la quiere también 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

La verdad si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas a este hotel lo haría. Desde el primer momento que llegamos nos atendieron muy mal, esperamos en el lobby más de dos horas las habitaciones, mientras que yo tenía un examen importante y no me daban acceso al wifi, ni a un lugar tranquilo. A mi amiga le robaron su dinero en efectivo y la tarjeta de crédito, mi valija tenía todos los bolsillos abiertos y mi ropa apareció revuelta. Otra habitación de nuestras amigas tuvo filtraciones de agua que mojaron las camas y no pudieron dormir. Nos han querido dejar durmiendo en el pasillo porque hubo un problema con nuestro agente de viajes que la reserva estaba equivocada, nos dijeron que nos teníamos que ir. La mayoría del personal es maleducada, no saluda, tuvimos que pedir agua y café en el desayuno más de 7 veces. El sistema de reservas a los restaurantes es del año 1000, teniendo que reservar personalmente, llegas a las 8 am y ya no queda lugar para ninguno. Ha sido la peor experiencia en hoteles que tuve. No pienso volver nunca más, ni recomendarlo. La hemos pasado horrible desde el primer momento.

Jamais voltaria, local onde "all inclusive" não é tudo incluso, a maioria das bebidas, comidas e locais são apenas para os "vips", o frigobar no quarto fica apenas com 2 cervejas, precisa ficar pedindo para repor e elas vem quentes, sempre falta toalha, muitos trabalham com má vontade...

A limpeza deixa a desejar, o quarto que ficamos muito feio e estávamos em lua de melos restaurantes vivem fechados e o único que é aberto todos dias a comida é ruim, a maioria dos funcionários mau educados, não tem organização e a praia é escura igual um rio, pelo valor que pagamos não compensou, não voltaremos mais!Resumindo para quem quer conhecer punta cana escolha um resort melhor! Estou tendo ótimas experiências, estou na parte Adulta Only. Meu quarto é magnífico, enorme, excelente cama, climatizador (ar condicionado) e ótima estrutura. Único detalhe porém não relevante é a qualidade da hidromassagem, poderia ser melhor mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência.A comida é do market é excelente, a do Windows não tanto, as atrações poderiam ser um pouco melhor mas é satisfatório.A comida nos restaurantes especializados poderia ser um pouco melhor mas é satisfatório.O atendimento é maravilhoso, a maioria esmagadora dos funcionários são agradáveis, gentis e sorridentes. Estão sempre interagindo e fazendo sentirmos especiais.Obrigado pelas férias! Tenho mais dia dias e sem dúvidas voltarei.

I just returned home from Be Live Collection Adults Only Punta Cana a couple days ago and I have to say that it was the most amazing experience. The view from our room was breathtaking, food was delicious and the resort was lovely. The staff at this hotel is incredible. Reimy, our receptionist was so helpful and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. Edgar our butler took great care of us, he even booked our a la carte reservations when we forgot. Aurora our housekeeper was so cheerful and made swans on our bed with our towels and always made sure our fridge was stocked. Martin, served us cappuccinos every morning, he remembered us from day one. Everybody there made us feel at home and really exceeded our expectations in every way. I’ve never had a better experience at any all inclusive resort. I can’t wait to return!

Pretty good. Very good scenery, nice friendly staff who are always willing to assist and they ensure you are ok. I really liked that they care. All the restaurants are not opened as yet. So, we had to do the buffet which will get to you after the third day. Other restaurants like the Steak house and Lobster house have to be reserve. The Mexican restaurant was really great I did enjoy that a lot. Overall it was a nice experience.

Os quartos com falta de limpeza e manutenção, cheiro a mofo e humidade nas paredes e cortinados, tivemos que mudar de quarto. Piscina nojenta, cheia de cabelos e bichos, funcionarios pouco simpáticos. Animação quase nenhuma... Varios restaurantes fechados, a comida era sempre a mesma.

Fui hace 5 años y estuvo bien, pero volví a ir este año y está todo muy dejado y deteriorado. El servicio en general mal, no te ayudan. LO MEJOR, CON DIFERENCIA, ES EL CAMARERO DE LA PISCINA SERGIO, fue por El por lo que volví, siempre con alegría y muy divertido. El resto bastante bajo para lo que tendría que ser. Necesita muchas reformas el hotel y mejor servicio y atención al cliente.

El Resort está sobre valorado. Ha sido mi cuarto viaje a Punta Cana y la verdad es que me voy muy decepcionado del hotel. Tiene una serie de deficiencias que se subsanan con solo un mantenimiento adecuado y estoy convencido que el director del hotel sabe de qué estoy hablando. Hay zonas que se solucionaban con una mano de pintura. Hay zonas con cables colgando que los pájaros ha hecho nidos en ellos. Las mesas cojean casi todas. Cuando encontrabas alguna que no lo hacía te sorprendías. Y lo peor el agua de la playa, llena de algas que no se limpiaban y que se podrían, haciendo imposible poderse bañar en ella y sin poder utilizar las actividades acuáticas.En resumen, el hotel necesita una reforma a fondo, porque con un mantenimiento adecuado se mejora la satisfacción. Y sobre todo, el reclamo de Punta Cana son sus playa y si no se pueden utilizar, el desengaño es enorme.

Worst all Inclusive resort I have ever visited. They got our rooms wrong and wasn't able to accommodate us for what we paid for; the staff was very rude. They act like we didn't belong and were bothersome; hardly any of the staff spoke English; all restaurants were closed and you could only make reservations at them for dinner, but only like 2 were open each evening for dinner reservations and we could only eat at the buffet; the drinks were not very good and at the dinner restaurants there was only 2 wine choices, red or white, they couldn't even tell you what type of red or white wine, all they knew is that it was not sweet; the air in our room was damp and nothing dried in there, not even our bath towels; the water only got Luke warm; there was no activities planned throughout the day; the casino was dead, we seen no one in there the whole time we were there. Most of the guess seem to be Dominican. There was a handful of staff that were nice and tried to accommodate us, but our overall stay was horrible. This was unfortunate because it was my friend's birthday and she so very disappointed. I would not recommend this resort to anyone!

Edgar The Door Man was excellent. Very Friendly & Helpful. The front desk was brutal due to the language barrier.Also the House Keepers were not very accommodating and seem to be agitated when asking for things that should already be in your room like Towels!! There's also this little situation with these ant like bugs EVERYWHERE. For example, balcony,floor desk & oh yes... THE BED!! With these few exceptions the stay was Ok!

En general el hotel está bien, a nosotros nos gustó. Los camareros te llevan tragos en la piscina y comida del snack. Los bares ofrecen cocteles super ricos con rones y whisky bueno. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y huelen bien y hay servicio de limpieza 2 veces en el día, en la mañana y la noche. En la playa hay unas camas dobles super chulas quepuedes compartir en pareja y descansar un rato. Lo que no nos gustó es que algunos empleados no son serviciales. Tienes que comer con los huéspedes del otro hotel porque el restaurante de "sólo adultos" está cerrado por el tema del COVID-19. En el restaurante general algunas comidas no están identificadas, en especial los postres por lo q no sabes lo que vas a comer. Había mal olor en el hotel generalque provenía de un desagüe, mal olor a causa de las algas y la playa estaba sucia por las mismas algas.

Vine a este hotel hace unos 5 años y es algo muy distinto a lo que es hoy. La comida es buena, las habitaciones son justo lo que pagas (poco) y los empleados dan todo lo que pueden para atender con calidad a los clientes. El problema está en que cometí el error de venir nuevamente en una fecha de fin de semana larga y los empleados no daban a basto para atender a la cantidad de clientes. Si es temporada alta y saben la cantidad de reservas que tienen, deben tener la cantidad de recursos para atender a esa gente. Tengo varios puntos que iré listando:1-Entiendo que hay tormentas y demás, pero la cantidad de filtraciones y goteras que hay en TODO el hotel es inaceptable; restaurantes, recepción, habitaciones...goteras por doquier y esto no tiene que ver con la cantidad de reservas que se tengan. 2-La comida es buena, bastante buena realmente, pero vuelvo con el punto de oferta y demanda: no puedo esperar 40 minutos en una fila para entrar a un restaurant a comer y no encontrar platos, la misma comida los 3 días y que tengas que expresamente pedirle a los camareros que te lleven agua, que te lleven copas o rogar por un poco de jugo (si tienes suerte te lo llevan). 3-Se están aplicando las restricciones de covid, debo resaltar que en todas las áreas donde hay posibilidad de aglomeración de personas hay alguien vigilando de que uses mascarillas. Me preocupa el hecho de que en los snacks no te permitan llevar comida para otra persona, es decir, cada quien debe ir a buscar lo suyo aumentando así la cantidad de personas haciendo fila. En este punto debo hacer una denuncia: Anselmo, representante de servicios en el snack (Domingo 15 agosto 2021 11.00 AM) tiene muchas oportunidades de entrenamiento con respecto a servicio al cliente. Es inconcebible que por más incomoda que se pueda poner una situación le da el derecho a nadie para fallarle al respeto a nadie, mucho menos a un cliente. Este señor literalmente ofendió a una clienta, se dio la vuelta y la dejó hablando sola. Espero medidas para esto, sino todas las agencias de tours que conozco de enterarán y perderán más clientes que los casi 50 que presenciaron la falta de respeto. 4-Estado de las instalaciones: el área de sólo adultos aparenta ser nueva y está impecable, pero ¿Y el resto del hotel? ¡Los edificios de habitaciones está completamente abandonado! Filtraciones, liqueos del desagüe del aire acondicionado, camas con falta de pintura o mantenimiento a la base, gaveteros rotos, puertas en malas condiciones, cosas que se ven remendadas con silicon, empalmes eléctricos que atentan todas las normas de seguridad (les apuesto que si se audita la normativa NEC o NFPA se queman)...Sí es cierto que hay cosas que se deterioran por el uso, pero es evidente el descuido total en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.5-Cada quien disfruta a su manera, pero el derecho al respeto ajeno es la paz. No a todos nos gusta tener alguien a cerca con una hooka, 5 o 6 personas con bocinas cada cual con una música distinta que me hace recordar las zonas más profundos de los barrios de santo domingo. La conducta de las personas es crítica para crear un ambiente sano y de diversión, para lograr esto se deben colocar controles, cuidar el recinto y entrenar a todo el que tiene contacto con el cliente. Esto es para evitar malas reseñas como este. Casi 20 años yendo a resorts, más de 15 hoteles visitados y este es el peor.

Boa tarde.reservei o hotel e fui em Junho com minha esposa. Funcionários muito ruins, estruturas velhas, lugares sujos. Fiquei 3 horas no hotel, e mudei, fomos pro Paradisus. Não indico nenhum turista Brasileiro pro Be Live. Em tempos de pandemia o hotel não oferece nenhum suporte aos clientes. Pelas 3 horas que fiquei lá passando raiva, e desapontado com tudo, não indico a ninguém esse péssimo hotel.

I was not offered anything while waiting not even water I was standing there for 4 hours and they made it seem like it was my mistake to fix. While waiting we noticed several people coming to complain for several different reasons.Hotel eventually tried to make up for their mistake by giving everyone in my party the “VIP” treatment. But once you start off like that there’s no way to make it up. First impressions are everything. Once I get into the room it’s dirty and there’s no soap. The food in the resort was not good. The service was terrible. Never again!! Please just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

-> negatives - So much sea weed on the beach and in the water - 70% of the workers are slow and not kind to you. They behave a way better to the Dominican guests … - they don’t watch the adult part of the hotel. They were sometimes kids in the adults restaurant, pool and beach. - the beach is next to the parking spot for the boats. These boat usually play very loud music - cleaning service is average and lazy to fill up the mini bar - in the restaurant you wait sometimes really long for the drink or the cleaning the plates - 4 of the restaurant were closed and the bio bar was open for everyone - don’t go to the lobster house it is really bad-> positives - really quality alcohol - 30% of the staff were good - room with option just walk on the beach from the balcony - they usually cook very good - close to the airport - the reception staff behave good

Best resort. Amazing staff so kind and ready to help in whichever way. The food and drinks were awesome ! The entertainment was spectacular. Went on a trip with friends and we had such a wonderful time and will be going back soon!!!!

Great food and fun place. Clean and attractive hotel. There are people selling stuff in the beach which affects your calm and enjoyment. Front desk could improve as we payed for a service that was not provided. Fortunately this was resolved. The transport to and from the airport was confusing; this should improve.

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The resort is absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept. One improve would be the reservation times for restaurants. You have a very small window in the day to make them. This place was amazing highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Estive em 2018 em férias. Não gostei de ter de comprar adaptador para carregar meu celular pois as tomadas são antigas. E quando eu cheguei o chuveiro estava queimado, cheguei de madrugada e tive que esperar arrumar para tomar banho depois de quase 7 horas de vôo. Fora isso é maravilhoso, os funcionários são legais. A comida maravilhosa. As psinas são uma delícia. A praias de água transparente e calma para nadar. Pretendo voltar só se a as tomadas estivem arrumadas pois não quero comprar adaptador por 10 dólares.

Hola, somos Españoles y llegamos hace 3 días, nos vemos obligados a publicar esta opinión ya que es la única manera de que quizá puedan mejorar en el servicio y atención a los clientes, también para quienes quieran reservar se lo puedan pensar, trato de resumir: falta total y absoluta de personal, son las 4 de la tarde y no han venido a limpiar la habitación! Estamos en solo adultos que se supone debería ser tranquilo, hay un escándalo… gente con música, chillando a media tarde y por la Noche, es de traca… En el restaurante llegas y las mesas están sin limpiar, tardan en traerte la bebida mucho tiempo porque los trabajadores no dan a basto, podría seguir. Vamos a informar a nuestra agencia de viajes para que de parte y al menos sepan qué realidad hay en el hotel. Un saludo

The property looked outdated. The furniture in the property was in bad condition (ripped, broken). All snack bars were either not working or closed so we had to wait until a restaurant opened to eat. There was no hot water in our room and no water at all in my mother in laws room. We tried to call the front desk to fix it but the phone was broken. Then tried to call from personal phone about 10 times & no one answered. The staff were not helpful at all, would give false information. To top it off the cleaning lady walked into our room at 9 am without knocking. We checked out after the first day and booked another resort. I absolutely do not recommend this place it looks nothing like the pictures. The ambiance is boring and sad, do not go here !!!

I'm giving you 2 stars because you should set up people in their rooms in a different way.
Families with kids should be in the same building or floor and the party people mostly the one from your own country should be separated. I'm not being discriminating, they are extremely loud. We went for 4 days and the entire night every night they were running, screaming, singing with loud music and probably drunk. One of those nights the people next door were making out with music at max at midnight. I called the front desk, no one answered so I had to go directly and they sent a security guard, they stopped, when the guard left they started all over again.
It's ok to be loud but not at 1 am when people specially families are trying to rest. Keep in mind no everyone comes to party.

Só não avalio como 5 estrelas pois tivemos uma enorme decepção em nossa chegada ao hotel. Tivemos problema com nossa reserva que já estava paga a muito tempo, porém no sistema do hotel constava como cancelada. Após horas de voo, o hotel não autorizou nossa entrada e queriam que a reserva fosse paga novamente com a justificativa de que quando nosso pagamento anterior constasse no sistema, iriam nos reembolsar. Nos recusamos a pagar, tendo em vista que não tínhamos garantia alguma, já que já estávamos tendo problema com o pagamento inicial. Passaram-se horas até que nosso problema fosse solucionado e não nos ofereceram se quer uma água ou café. O funcionário Simeon não tem preparo algum para este tipo de situação, nos sentimos completamente humilhados diante daquela situação e mesmo depois de verificarem que não era erro nosso, Simeon se quer se desculpou ou tentou nos compensar de alguma forma, muito pelo contrário, apenas nos olhou com desprezo. Sobre o hotel e seu quadro de funcionários não temos nem do que reclamar, são todos MARAVILHOSOS, em especial as pessoas do entretenimento Candy, Victor e Mohana que são cheios de energia, extremamente e educados e atenciosos, fizeram da nossa lua de mel um momento incrível. Gostaria de elogiar também o maleiro Jose (Não sei se é exatamente esse o nome) por se tratar de um funcionário muito prestativo e simpático, sempre me ajudando já que eu só falo português e o mesmo entendia perfeitamente meu idioma. Os funcionários dos bares e restaurante foram sempre muito prestativos e simpáticos. Todos os funcionários são extremamente dedicados e seus esforços são admiráveis. Com certeza voltarei em breve.

I had a wonderful stay at the Be live Collection Adult only. I strongly recommend to take the upgrade and take the adult only section. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room by the pool are pretty and the bed are comfortable. You also get regular alcohol not only the local alcohol, Bombay soda fan here! My only recommendation would be to keep the music by the pool on later than 5:30... We are in vacation, not office hour! The personnel is really nice but I would like to give a special shoot out to our concierge Jonathan who is so kind and had been really helpful during our stay. Regarding the food the buffet is absolutely amazing!!! You can it there 3 times per day during 7 days and not be bored of it! There’s always new things! Finally let’s end by one of the best part of our vacation the entertainment team Candy and Peluche. We did the aqua gym and yoga every morning which help us to stay active and create connections with other people of the hotel!

I’m seriously confused how and who wrote these reviews because this place is terrible. I’m beyond disappointed I don’t know where to start...had bugs in room, phone not working, forgot to put towels in bathroom. On beach no chairs and if you try to get help..do it urself because ain’t no one helping. Restaurant? Let me tell you there is no restaurant because they will tell you they booked. I’m confused why they have restaurant included if no one can get one? Now food very important to me.. let me tell you it’s not good. Also, I’m all for service and it has been the worst one and I have been to many places including Punta Cana before. I’m so disappointed 😔

Simon is AWESOME! He gets everyone excited for water aerobic! The beach party was on fire with Simon! I will definitely go to more events with Simon in them. The Michael Jackson show was excellent. I’ve seen it at other hotels and this was the best at BE LIVE!
I will recommend to all of my family and friends. We will be coming back in June and now I can’t wait to see Simon and all of the entertainment that just keeps getting better and better!

We absolutely love this resort. The drinks are delicious. The decor is beautiful and chic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful . The adults only side is the way to go . Very relaxing and plenty of room for relaxing on the beach or by the pool. I highly recommend this resort . We will be back . The entertainment is excellent. SIMON is the best. He will remind you what time the events are if your out laying out at the beach or pool so you don't have to pay attention to the daily schedule. Water aerobics is a great time. We will be back !

Very nice resort with friendly staff. Food is delicious there's plenty of things to do. I love that you can be at the adults only side and not have to worry about children screaming and running around. You get your own concierge service that will make appointments for you. The recreation entertainment staff was the best and are excellent. They are always looking to help you and keep you entertained. Simon and Fresa are top notch and very friendly. Would love to come back and enjoy this place.

Be live has such an amazing resort with multiple pools. The ocean is absolutely beautiful with soft white sand. The food was very good and the service staff made dining experiences that much better! There is bars located in convenient locations all over the resort. The entertainment team was so excellent and especially Simon, Fresa and mini mouse!!!! We would love to come back soon!!!

I came to spend my Birthday and wanted to try this hotel.Although we always stay at another hotel I made a perfect choice staying here. The entertainment team specially the excellent service of Simon kept us going. Always making sure he invited us to every stretch and every activity. Had a great time at the shows specially the 70s 80s & 90s show. Elvis was really good. I will definitely be back.

I have to share the experience I had in this hotel. First of all I had such a beautiful experience,from the hostess and the bartenders. The food was delicious and it was a great choice to of staying there. My wife and me would like to thank the bar tender name Claudio, he was and bar tender that took care of all my drinks.
