“Great location, close to everything, and the staff are extremely friendly. I can't say enough about their customer service, it was excellent. Unfortunately for me the queen beds and pillows were uncomfortable. I'm 6' and I don't like hard mattresses, but my 5'4" wife and daughter didn't mind at all. The "ocean view" should come with a disclaimer. Yes, you can see the "ocean" from the hotel, but it's nothing like the photos. Save your money, your view will be mostly hotels and buildings. Go to the beach if you want to see the ocean it's only a few blocks away.”

“My husband came here for our one year anniversary and it was our first visiting Hawaii. This hotel gave us the best first impression of Hawaii. The hotel was spotless, the room received thorough daily housekeeping and had an amazing view of the city that we enjoyed every morning when we opened the blinds(we had the deluxe room), the staff was the sweetest we’ve ever met, they really care that you have the best experience. You get towels, umbrellas and chairs for the beach that you can use for as long as you need. Every day we looked forward to coming back. Needless to say, we recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again if we ever go back to Hawaii.”
