I and my family ended up taking the wrong ride (our mistake), but Uriel ensured we were safe and went out of his way to resolve the issue. This alone exemplifies exquisite customer service. The hotel stay was okay! When we first got here we didn’t have the right room. The room I booked had 2 beds and a couch, the exact reason I booked it so everybody here could be comfortable. They didn’t have it available so we stuck with the room that had just the two double beds and we only needed sleep for a few hours, cool no problem. Also, we was told breakfast wasn’t free, it was only free for the Rugby team. This hotel is literally not worth it for people to even be paying for breakfast. Also, the day we was checking out, a big cockroach came out of the tissue box … I will insert picture below if I am able to. A estadia no hotel foi ok! Quando chegamos aqui, não tínhamos o quarto certo. O quarto que reservei tinha 2 camas e um sofá, exatamente o motivo pelo qual reservei para que todos aqui pudessem ficar confortáveis. All of the staff that I have come into contact were exceptional! The lady at the front, Deedra, William and the lady at the bar, Ellen, were sweet as can be and incredibly helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend this hotel! Todos os funcionários que entrei em contato foram excepcionais! Staff was very friendly and professional.I was only there for a short, one night stay due to flight delay.The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom could use a couple of updates but everything works well.I'd easily stay again. A equipe foi muito simpática e profissional. Visited Houston during rodeo and I needed a place to lay my head for one night. We checked in at 11pm.The moment I walked in the door I noticed the hotel shuttle with missing hub caps and it was dirty. Theparking lot was not well lit and I saw a security guard outside.It felt creepy. Not to mention there were Budget Rent A Trucks locked inside the gate on the side of the property. The entire atmosphere looked sketchy. As I walk inside the lobby I noticed the floor mat and automatic doors looked old and unkempt. Regardless of the pictures you see you have to pay attention to detail.There was an odor in the lobby but surprisingly the lobby appeared cleaned. I went to my room and I immediately noticed the old stainedcarpeteverywhere. Not to mention you can hear all of the road noise. I don’t think I will test tonight. It just doesn’t feel safe not to mention the AC is loud. Pray for me!!! If you want R&R don’t stay in the hood!! Sem mencionar que havia Budget Rent A Trucks trancado dentro do portão ao lado da propriedade. Toda a atmosfera parecia esboçada. Ao entrar no saguão, notei que o tapete e as portas automáticas pareciam velhas e descuidadas. Independentemente das fotos que você vê, você deve prestar atenção aos detalhes. Havia um odor no lobby, mas surpreendentemente o lobby parecia limpo. Fui para o meu quarto e imediatamente notei o velho carpete manchado em todos os lugares. Muy limpio el hotel. Tiene buenos cuartos, el lavabo está afuera del baño lo cual es muy bueno. Gran variedad de canales y además puedes ver Netflix (solo si tienes cuenta) - lo cual no me había tocado ver en otro hotel.
