“Hotel has an amazing view of Lake Michigan if you are on top floors. You are right off of the River Walk which has nice outdoor seating and you can take boat rides. Walking distance from an abundance of shopping and food either direction you go. The only negative is the parking. It was interesting. The garage has very low ceiling and is weirdly designed so drive slow. Staff was nice and helpful. The first night we were placed in the wrong room and had to wait until the next day to rectify due to no availability. We were compensated for the mix up and given $50 credit for room service. I will definitely be visiting again.”

“Swiss has been one of my favorite places to stay for over 10 years now.
Every time I stay in Chicago I spend time at this hotel.
I'll never be able to express how much the lake view room is worth the money every time but you should go see for yourself because the views are incredible.
The workout room is also an amazing perk of this hotel and has amazing views as well.
