“Estive recentemente no hotel, em pleno feriado, filas absurdas para pegar uma bebida no bar da piscina (feriado, lotação 100% e só 2 pessoas disponíveis para servir). Cerveja ITAIPAVA, muito ruimmmm...muito mesmo! Diferentemente dos outros resorts próximos na localidade, ele não tem uísque 12 anos, apenas 8 anos... Restaurante principal muito quente, ninguém aguentava tomar café da manhã! Fomos informados dos horários dos restaurantes, mas 2 vezes tentei entrar no restaurante principal e não consegui, pois já haviam fechado (uma vez fui às 22h40 e na segunda vez às 22h30, porém me informaram que o restaurante ficava ABERTO até às 23h. Som na piscina extremamente alto... Enfim, me decepcionei MUITO.”
