“I have stayed here before some years ago. It looks like it has been refurbished. I was impressed by the politeness and friendliness of the staff, the feel of the room and the small touches such as the sleep spray and two free bottles of water At the moment there is some construction work going on. This did not impact my sleep or enjoyment of the room but the view wasn't as great as it could have been.”

“A good hotel in most respects. The staff were personable, the room was clean, quiet and the shower was good.
Breakfast wasn't great, even for a typical fried buffet, but acceptable if you forget how much you're being charged for it.
The reason I won't be back though is the parking. It's a £21 charge per 24 hours, which depending on your room, is a significant % increase in the overall cost of the stay. There are plenty of alternatives to the Crowne Plaza in and around the city so I recommend trying one of them instead.”
