“Hice reserva a través de booking donde se indica que admiten mascotas, no se informa que tiene coste adicional (casi como el precio de una persona: 35€ y la habitación doble costaba 84€), además al llegar al hotel nos informan que el perro (raza pequeña) no se puede quedar solo en la habitación. Y me pregunto….si bajo a desayunar en el propio hotel, que hago con el perro si no lo admiten en el restaurante? Finalmente, estando en el mostrador tuvimos que cancelar la reserva y buscarnos rápidamente otro hotel en el que si podíamos dejar al perro en la habitación, mientras desayunamos o comemos en un restaurante.”

“A minha pontuação fraca, é referente apenas ao serviço de quarto! Tudo o resto correu bem. Fiquei alojada dos dias 13 a 15 do mês corrente, no quarto 731 - 7º andar. Bastante dececionada com as senhoras que foram fazer a limpeza ao quarto, deixaram um pano velho sujo pendurado na porta da wc, retiraram os produtos de higiene do hotel que estávamos a usar, nomeadamente, sabonete das mãos, champô e gel duche, e não repuseram novos. E para piorar, traçaram o cabo de carregamento do meu telemóvel. Lamentável esta situação para um hotel 4 estrelas no centro de Sevilha.”
