“This hotel is trash. We came here late after an international flight and discovered that we didn’t have a room. After receiving a confirmation email and welcome note earlier in the day; Daniel at the front told us we did nothave a room. Mysteriously our room had been cancelled without our knowledge. Never have I booked a hotel, received a confirmation email, a welcome email, and subsequently found out there’s no room available. We had to go to another hotel. We asked Daniel if we could speak to a manager and that was not possible. Terrible overall experience with a huge inconvenience! Never would expect this to happen to us in Paris, France.
