Truly one of the best hotels I have ever been a guest in. The service is incredible and we were treated like royalty -- my partner and I celebrated our anniversary here and we are very happy with our decision to stay here! We were upgraded to a very large suite and even greeted with rose pedals, complimentary champagne, and a handwritten note. Every experience on property was flawless -- bar drinks were excellent, food was perfect, and the complimentary BMW X7 rental was so much fun! The butler service was also amazing, they attended to our every desire and even unpacked our clothes upon arrival! There is a reason our room was $2k/night but hey.. I think it was worth it!

I have to preface by saying that I did not stay at The St. Regis Aspen Resort Hotel as a guest, but I did spend quite a bit of time here for a conference I recently participated in (which was hosted by the hotel). I have to say, this place is really beautiful and I had a wonderful experience, even as a non-guest who was on-site quite a bit throughout the week of the conference. The St. Regis had an excellent breakfast for us each morning and the Astor Ballroom was an absolutely gorgeous location for our lectures/collaborative events. I also have to give a shout-out to the staff. The St. Regis' team took amazing care of us. The gentlemen who were tasked to work with us throughout the week were so nice, and they did a great job clearing plates efficiently, setting-up meals for service (i.e. breakfast each morning + one luncheon I was invited to during the conference), and being available if anything was needed. They were ever-present throughout the week to ensure everyone's needs were being met. The courtyard space and the bar/restaurant were also incredible. I enjoyed a networking event during the week in the courtyard space, and not surprisingly, The St. Regis' team took great care of our group during this event. Further, I had one final lunch at the hotel before departing after the conference. The bartender made me an excellent cocktail & our group's meal was incredible. Our waitress was SO nice, we really enjoyed meeting her too! I love this place so much. The location (tucked right in the mountains in Aspen, CO) is enough to sell you on a stay here, but I'm sure you'll want to come back because of the kindness of the team members and the accommodations available at this resort hotel. If ever given the opportunity, I would absolutely stay here as a guest!

What a beautiful hotel. All the staff was very nice, the service was excellent, rooms were clean, and location is perfect. The reason I am taking a star off is because of the food. We order room service, during most of our stay, and every time I was hoping the food would be better than before…. It was not. Finally, I started going out to eat. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. I recommend the hotel and will stay there again but will eat out.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel was so clean and well kept. We sat outside in the courtyard for breakfast. I also recommend sitting by the fireplace once the sunsets at night. The short ribs sliders by the pool were delicious. Lizz in the spa gave an excellent massage. The oxygen bar in the spa was a very fun experience. My husband and I took a walk over to the river walk way and it was exquisite scenery.

This is the second time i have stayed at the st Regis. They have collected the most exception group of staff I have EVER experienced. Whoever is doing the hiring and staff training should win a Nobel peace prize. First all the valet staff are friendly and energetic. The front desk is just absolutely exceptional. We checked In with Joy- he was exceptionally warm, friendly, helpful and funny. He continued to greet us daily and see what he could do to make our stay better. He was so exceptional, that I actually offered him a job at my company in Houston if he ever wanted to move. Mr. Derbas was just as exceptional as Joy. Whit at concierge was just as amazing- he actually remembered me from last year and even remembered the recommendations he told me from last year which was mind blowing. We had breakfast at the velvet buck everyday- all 4 of them were out of this world- it was the friendliest best service I’ve ever had. The same goes for ladies who cleaned our rooms. Finally my time at the spa was also out of this world- they literally checked on me every 5 minutes to see what they could get me. Running a hotel as large at the st Regis is a daunting task- it’s incredibly Impressive that every aspect of the hotel is run so impeccably. I look forward to visiting again!

Truly 5-star resort. Plenty of staff and options. Great guidance for what to see and do in Aspen, whether e-bikes, gondola rides, shopping or hitting Escobars. Loved the pool and outdoor terraces. Staff know how to care and cater to any guest from anywhere. Found the suites spectacular and the amenities worth the price of admission. Not a cheap place to stay, but treat yourself at least once. Worth every dollar.

Beautiful, 5 star resort hotel right near the slopes of Aspen. Gorgeous to visit anytime of year! Service here is fantastic, leaving little to be desired. My deluxe King room was beautifully appointed and had plenty of space for my short stay. Room service was quick and within their stated delivery times, though my beef tenderloin was slightly overcooked and the mac and cheese had no flavor. My breakfast of berry pancakes and some bacon was wonderful. Service was top notch all around - looking forward to a longer stay during ski season!

Great hotel in every aspect! The welcoming staff is very friendly and attentive,concierge guys are so amazing,flexible and willing to give you a ride,the rooms are perfectly designed and impeccably maintained every day through the turn down and regular service. BMW X7 complimentary is definitely a big plus! Made me chose the St Regis over some other hotels. What amazed me the most was the attention for the smallest of details by the hotel staff. Above and beyond! All in all everything is what would you expect from the St Regis,profesional and sophisticated. I will definitely come back for the winter!

Fantastic hotel. Service is excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Grounds around the pool and courtyard are beautiful. However, what kind of hotel charges over $400 a night and has no parking on site? $60 for valet or park 15 minute walk away? I don't mind tipping a valet but $60?? We drove around for 20 minutes to find a spot in the garage which was under construction and most entrances were closed. Then we had to take the shuttle back to the hotel. Also the concierge is lacking in local knowledge. It seems like they are just reading off a list. They send us to a pizza joint for our wedding anniversary claiming it was an Italian restaurant. When we walked in the door, we immediately canceled the reservation they made for us and walked across the street to Steakhouse 316 and waited for a bar seat there.

All I can say is here in this hotel there is an awesome management who cares about their guests and values. I’m a happy guest here staying till Sunday for 10 days with my little family. Thank you for making me happy St. Regis hotel. We will be back soon :)

If you want to be treated like a king or queen. This place is the place that makes you feel just like one. They open your doors for you with a smile and hello. Amenities: amazing spa service 90 min, pool,gym, coffee and cookie areas. Room service breakfast, full BAR followed by my favorite, The VIEW.

5 stars is an understatement, to say the least. This is a true 5-diamond hotel. Everyone in the hotel was amazing and was pleasant. However, these four individuals I encountered truly went above and beyond: Savana, Aliana, Cynthia, and Bailey. You guys are really amazing. As a Titanium member, I have seen it all and you have all provided phenomenal service and have assisted me in making this an amazing experience. Take this 5-star review as 5-diamonds well deserved. All around great hotel. Beautiful rooms, lobby, architecture, and comfortable beds. Only reason I’m giving 4-stars is because how I was treated in the lobby by the bar hostess. While waiting for our wives to finish in the spa, we were rudely asked by the bar hostess to get up from sitting in the lobby leather couch so that two “bar paying customers” had a place to sit and order their drinks. I asked her where paying hotel guests were to sit and rest, and she pointed to one lonely chair all by itself in a separate room. It’s unfortunate that the hotel would rather sell a few more drinks than let their paying hotel guest enjoy the amazing fire place and lobby that I thought we were paying for. Unless you go down before 10 am, they will make you feel pressured to buy food/ drink just to sit in the lobby of the hotel your paying top dollar for.
